"The hotel room was clean. But I was surprised that cleaning service was not offered in the three days we were there. Also there was not shampoo provided nor conditioner either. The rest was all good"

"The only reason why the stay was good was because of the staff that helped resolve my issues. Right at check in a pipe was loose in the bathroom and the room full of moisture. We were moved rooms no issues. The second room had a broken TV, not really a big deal but with kids kinda an inconvenience. The laundry services was not working property as I paid 5$ to dry two small loads and they weren’t even dry. The door from the pool area to get back into the building didn’t work and we were informed...

The staff were all very friendly and helpful! My kids loved the pool. Breakfast was average. Plenty of parking spaces available. The construction on I35 is a nightmare."

"Coffee in room. Better coffee in lobby. Staff should not move around coffee grinds with their bare hands as I witnessed. If staff say lobby will be unlocked at 6 am for coffee, juice, and granola bars, it should be."

"Room was excellent, very helpful staff, really enjoyed the full breakfast at La Quinta. There were two challenges with our stay; first, the side door at the bottom of the stairwell was always open, making it easy for anyone without a card key to enter the building; and second, the pool was easily accessible, but it had not been cleaned, so we spent the first 15 minutes cleaning and skimming the pool before we got in. Location is awesome; easy access to the highway to our destinations in Garden...
