Security gave us the absolute worst experience i’ve ever had in a hotel. I’ve stayed at multiple casinos on the strip and even Palms a couple times as well On this listing it says the maximum people allowed is 12. I went downstairs to pick up TWO people. One had a present in their hand. An hour later they assumed a party was going on and had security harass everyone, doing a headcount and making everyone pull out their ID. Never have I ever had this experience at this and other properties. It was demeaning and embarrassing. Everyone was over 21 but they kept hassling me saying 10 is the limit of people allowed in this room and I kept showing them the listing that is says 12. Either way it didn’t matter I only had 9 people over, thank god. If I had more than 10 they would’ve kicked me out even though i’m still under the rules of the booking itself. Even if I had for example 11 people they would’ve kicked me out even though i’m following the rules stated in the booking? I’ve never experienced this at any other hotel and casino. No where in the booking does it say it is within their protocol that they randomly check rooms and harass everyone there. My people had a horrible time it was embarrassing and all left because of the security team at this residence. I followed all rules and still had the worst time because of their staff. They said they do door to door checks all the time, but I went to my neighbors room and they said they didn’t get security at their room at all.
