Area is nice, clean, quiet and safe. The Towneplace Suites by Marriott is literally right across from the SpringHill Suites by Marriott. Staff were nice & friendly. The room is very spacious, microwave, fridge & coffee maker included. Bathroom is also nice and large and the sink area is located outside the bathroom/toilet/shower area which is nice and convenient. However, it would be nice if there was an outlet to plug in a nightlight for late night toilet use. You have to turn on the lights that have the loud noise air vent. Breakfast wasn’t bad. Scrambled eggs, bacon and also a SpringHill version of an egg McMuffin. Cold cereal, oatmeal and toast, bagels and muffins. There was no mention of a parking charge, however when we checked in the host said we had to register with a QR Code posted by the door. He said he would not charge us this time since we mentioned that no parking charge was listed upon making my reservation. Well, I have a $40 pending charge on my Visa, that I will need to follow up on. Hopefully it doesn’t take too much time and effort to get this charge off my bill. The pool is very small and you have to go through the fitness room to get to the pool, there is no other way in. It’s not a big deal, but when you get out of the pool, no matter how much you dry yourself, when you walk out you leave a trail of water in the fitness room. I found that setup kind of weird, but we didn’t let that stop us from using the pool. Overall, it was a great stay.
