Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

Guests are required to carry renter’s insurance and list the property owner as an Additional Interest. Proof of active coverage must be provided prior to check-in in order to receive access to the home. HOUSE RULES & RENTAL AGREEMENT

1️⃣ GENERAL CONDUCT

Respect the Property
• Treat the home, furniture, and community areas with care.
• Clean up after yourself, indoors and outdoors.

Be Mindful of Noise
• Observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM (local ordinance).
• No events, parties, gatherings, or visitors allowed without prior written permission.
• Noise complaints are taken seriously and may cause immediate termination of your stay.
• Violation of noise or code enforcement policies will cause a $1000 fine.

Report Any Issues Promptly
• Report any cleaning concerns, damages, or malfunctioning amenities within the first 12 hours of check-in. We want the opportunity to correct any issues to ensure a comfortable stay. If we are not notified in a timely manner, we may be unable to address your concerns or offer remediation after your stay.
• Guests are responsible for any and all damages, lost or stolen items, decor, furnishings, etc that occur during their stay. Host will charge guest via AirBnB Resolution Center, AirCover, and/or security deposit in order to collect for these items.
New Damages: If damage occurs during your stay, please be transparent and notify us immediately. We understand accidents happen and will work with you to find a fair solution.
