God placering. Forfærdelig service
Kommer ikke til at bo på Planet Hollywood igen på trods af den gode placering. Det tildelte værelse lå klods op af ad elevatortårnet, der larmede hele natten. TV og internet virkede ikke. Fik nyt værelse på dag 2. Værelset var fint, men slidt. Værelset blev ikke rengjort i de fire dage, vi var der selvom vi bad om house cleaning dagligt via front desk. Hver dag sagde hotellet, at de beklagede og selvfølgeligt ville følge op dagen efter med Rene håndklæder etc. Det skete aldrig. Så alt i alt en ringe oplevelse

Room not cleaned daily. Received room not cleaned properly Yoon arrival. Great potential to strength security: No elevator check or check at pool = public access. Room need a generel checkup. Tv has a hard time being smart (worn down remote?) Breakfast at the hotel is also in public area. Wifi didn't work, but after a few phone calls we got it to work. Kind regards Jakob

Hele Las Vegas samlet et sted
Kæmpe hotel med alt hvad hjertet begærer. Kæmpe indkøbscenter i hotellet. Gode værelser, men dørene imellem "connecting rooms" har ingen lyddæmpning. Fester eller høj tale i naborummet er lige som hvis det var i ens eget værelse. Lidt for meget fest ude på gangene. Men det er jo Vegas. Flot udsigt, skønt poolområde, rent og pænt. Desværre kun wifi til 2 personer pr. værelse selvom man booker 4-mands værelser. Man skal være opmærksom på at rigtig mange ryger hash i Vegas. Også inde på hotellet, i indkøbscenter og i cassinoet. Hotellet ligger rigtig godt placeret på The Strip. Man skal huske at bede om parkeringskort ved indtjekning. Ellers betaler man $15-18 hver gang man kører en lille tur med bilen hvis man har sådan en med. Når bilen er parkeret, skal man igennem indkøbscenter og cassino og med elevator ned, for at komme til indtjekning i lobbyen. Det er ret forvirrende når man kommer første gang, og virker ret underligt hvis man ikke har været så stort et sted før. Skiltning er MEGET mangelfuld eller slet ikke eksisterende. Men nu kender vi hotellet, og ville 100% komme igen på samme hotel.

Good location
Very slow check inn. Pool area closes at 5pm, its a shame they close it that early. Room was nice and clean. Location is superb. Check out was easy.

Our AC was not working when we checked in and our room was dirty, floors, walls, door and even the sink were dirty. We requested to switch rooms and the wouldn’t let us, instead sending maintenance to work on AC. AC sorta worked after that, but didn’t ever get really cold.

This place is a city within a building, for the most part the place has everything you could want for in a vacation stay. There are restaurants, shows, and shops for everyone all in one place and to top it off there is all the gambling that you could desire. The only downsides to this place is the signs that tell you where you are going are terrible, you can get lost following them. The swimming pool hours are only from 9am to 6pm , those hours may be great for families with children but in the city that never sleeps it would be great to have access to a pool/hot tub at all hours of the day specifically late night. There was only one other issue and I’m sure it was not something that is happening all the time. I went to plug the lamp in and found someone else’s dirty underwear behind the couch.

Planet Hollywood staff, concierge and attendants were awesome! Only things I wish I could change about the stay ( and probably anywhere else I would have chosen) is for regular cleaning of their air conditioners & vents. I always struggle with this in every hotel. So not specifically a planet Hollywood issue, but it is an issue there too. Additionally, when gambling at the casino, due to the busy weekend it was tough to get drinks when sitting down. Other than this, had a trip to remember.

Check in/out staff are rude not helpful whatsoever and the baggage help personnel as well. Only reason for the 2 star is cause valet personnel were very kind and helpful and we had in issue with our room that needed maintenance and the maintenance staff was quick to get it fixed.

We specifically booked a 2-queen-bed Fountain View room for a one-day stay in Las Vegas. My kids were eagerly anticipating enjoying the room and watching the Bellagio Fountain from the room. After waiting in the check-in queue for 30-45 minutes, the lady at the front desk acknowledged our Fountain View room reservation and handed over the keys. However, upon entering the room, we were dismayed to discover that we had been given a corner room with no view. We called the front desk from the room, there was no response, were redirected to a help desk, who mentioned the property manager will get in touch with us. After no response for more than 30 minutes, we had to again stand in the queue for another 30-45 minutes to reach a front desk assistant, only to hear the staff's unapologetic response of Hotel overbooking, leaving us feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Everything was great except for the valet. It was sooooooooooo slow. We waited about 20 mins for our car to be brought up on more than one occasion. But the hotel and room was beautiful and very comfortable

The best part about this property is its at the strip. So everything was walkable. We have the room that has the fountain view and it was beautiful at nights. The bathroom is big and spacious but the bath tub has a hair in it. Housekeeping needs to do better especially regards to privacy. I was going to complain at the front desk when I checked out but the line was super long so we just left. But on the day of my checkout around 0930, housekeeping knocked and it woke us up. When i was about to get up and go to the door, the cleaning lady opened it and i was like hello??? Its only 0930 and you woke ms up. And she was like sorry and left. So i locked the door behind her and locked the security chain door and around 1050 they did it again and we were on our way out. Good thing the security chain is on where she wont be able to open it all the way. Im not sure how these people are tracking which rooms has checked out already but thats truly UNSAT. Im also going to send an email to the property. Do better.

Great location if you want to see more locations. Hollywood is central on the strip with lots of options for food and supplies for the room. Walgreens and ABC store are your best bets for affordable drinks and snacks. The room was very large and well maintained.

The room was not vaccumed, there was food and stuff on the floor, and in-between the night stands and bed. I called for house keeping and asked to have the room vacuumed and for more towels. They apologized and said they would send someone to clean and bring towels. We left and came back and we had new towels but they did not clean or vacuum. I called again and asked to speak to a manager, still no return call like they said. They never picked up our trash, the cans were over flowing in our room with trash.

Liked that there is so much to do in one place (shopping, theatre) Didn’t like having to pay a resort fee when I didn’t use one amenity for my stay.
