Unit 32804 — Studio Suite
King bed in the main living and sleeping area. Queen sleeper sofa. Kitchenette with mini-refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, and coffee maker — no dishwasher. Second full bathroom with whirlpool soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity. Third bathroom for added convenience.

Both suites feature Smart HDTVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, in-room safes, and floor-to-ceiling windows with city views. The units are side by side off the same corridor — guests move between them via the hallway. This layout works well for families, two couples, or groups who want separate sleeping areas and the option to gather in either suite's living space.

• Suite layout: Units 32802 and 32804 are side by side with separate entrances off the corridor — they are not internally connected. Both units are included in your reservation and accessed with your key cards.
• Parking: Complimentary valet for one vehicle per reservation, subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. During peak times or holidays, valet may reach capacity; if full, guests may be directed to MGM Grand self-parking (fees may apply).
• Laundry: Community laundry facilities are available for stays of 7 nights or more only. Request access at check-in.
• Check-in: Front desk check-in required (valid photo ID and credit card hold). 24/7 front desk allows for late arrivals.
• Age & Deposit: Primary guest must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID. Refundable security deposit of $100 per night (maximum $300) required at check-in; released after checkout if unused.
• Housekeeping: Professionally deep-cleaned prior to arrival. No daily housekeeping (condo-style stay). Complimentary daily trash collection available on request.
