MGM Signature 1BR 2BA Wet Republic, Top Golf & Strip Views / NO Resort Fee

This 870-SF MGM Signature Jacuzzi condo has mountain AND Strip views. The 1BR/2BA corner unit was owned by a movie mogul and is used today by writers and fighters. As such, it is tricked out. Balcony overlooks Top Golf and Wet Republic; dedicated high-speed WiFi; motorized BR TV that lowers to give view of the Strip night sky; LR TV with Roku, Chromecast and Signature TV; a rain-head shower in master bath with handheld wand, etc.

+ 1BR/2BA condo is equipped with King Bed in separate master BR, Queen Bed pullout couch with new Cool Gel Memory Foam mattress in living room, two large-screen plasma TVs with pay-per-view movies and regular TV channels along with Roku and Chromecast on living room TV; also, in master BR a large plasma TV rises and lowers from a large wood desk via motorized TV system.

+ Condo includes full kitchen with microwave, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Miele stove/oven, 14-cup coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher, and various accessories.

+ You must be age 24 or older to reserve this suite.

+ Easy check-in process similar to hotel resorts. With ID and credit card, you receive your key cards at front desk of Tower 2. Proceed to Tower 2's 19th-floor.

+ At check-in, MGM will put a hold on your credit card for an amount between $100 to $300 (depending on length of stay). This MGM's policy, not mine. It is for incidental purchases (e.g., room service, pay-per-view TV movies, spa, etc). Any unused credit is returned to your credit card after you check out.

+ The MGM Signature is a smoke-free property with the exception of smoking sections near each lobby and the MGM Grand casino. Smoking or vaping in any suite will result in a $500 charge to the credit card on file.

+ The condo is cleaned to COVID-era VRBO standards before each reservation, but there is no daily housekeeping provided. If you want housekeeping to clean the suite during your stay, there is an additional charge.

+ FREE use of MGM washers and dryers for reservations of seven days or longer. Laundry room is located near the Tower 2 lobby, accessible by key card.

+ Check-in begins at 3 p.m. Pacific Time. Checkout is 11 a.m. Pacific Time. My ability to accommodate requests for early check-ins or late check-outs is dependent on the calendar and housekeeping.

+ MGM Grand Garden Arena is a five- to eight-minute walk using the air-conditioned indoor moving walkways.

+ Top Golf Las Vegas is a five-minute walk downhill on the well-lit outdoor pathway accessed by your key card.

+ Wet Republic is a three-minute walk, adjacent to the MGM Grand Pool Complex.

+ T-Mobile Arena abuts New York-New York, which connects to the MGM Grand via pedestrian bridge. It's a 10- to 15-minute walk from the MGM pedestrian bridge.

+ Allegiant Stadium is less than 2 miles from MGM Signature, e.g., a 10-minute Uber/Lyft (est. $11) when using the taxi lot at the roundabout outside Tower 1.
