Welcome guests! Come stay at our newly renovated modern retreat. We designed this home to be simple, yet tasteful.

You will love the open layout in this 1-story home.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook a full multi-course meal.

There are 4 total bedrooms: Primary Bedroom, Jr. Suite, Queen BR, and a Bunkbed BR.

The house sits on a spacious half-acre lot with a glistening private pool. No Parties or Events!! Large groups and families welcome! :D

The Space:
The property is perfect for larger groups or families. It's designed to be modern and comfortable.

The house has a game room with Pool, Ping-Pong, and also a video pinball game.

There are lots of big screen LED Smart TV's across the house, including the common areas, and ALL the bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a workstation, a coffee station, and attached bathroom. The Jr. suite has its own sitting area with a LED TV, a water kettle and tea set to enjoy.

The kitchen includes all kitchenware, utensils, and spice rack for your convenience. We provide a Keurig Coffee Machine w/ coffee pods included with every booking.

Across the kitchen is a bar area, with a professional mixing kit. Also, there is a record player to provide an nice background music and ambiance to your experience.

**Note for families: From the kitchen, you can view the dining area, as well as the family room, so you can keep an eye on the kids. We have a foldable pack & play, as well as a foldable high chair. We have floaties for the pool, as an added safety feature.

Guest Access:
Guests are welcome to enjoy all parts of the home. The home sits on a half-acre lot so there are lots of room for activities.

Other Things to Note:
The pool/spa can be heated upon request. Because of high gas usage, there is a $100/ day and $600/ week charge to heat the pool. Must request 24 hours ahead of time.

***Do not touch pool equipment for any reason! No Parties or Events without any exception. We will know. We have noise monitoring devices on the outside of the property.

No Smoking inside the property or you will be fined $500 for cleaning fees.

This house is in a residential area. Quiet Hours are after 10PM. We will give you a warning if it's passed the acceptable decibel levels after 10PM. Then you will be fined $250 for the next violation. If you continue to break the rules, we will be forced to cancel your reservation without any refund .
