For a nominal fee of $5 per load, Our modern stackable machines accept credit card payments or app-based transactions directly from your phone. 📝 Prior to arrival, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement sent via email.
🔒 A refundable $200 security deposit is necessary for potential damages or losses.
📞 Communication with guests is available from 8 AM to 9 PM daily, excluding overnight hours.
🏠 We welcome long-term stays!
For stays of 30 nights or more: Guests are required to carry renter’s insurance and list the property owner as an Additional Interest. Proof of active coverage must be provided prior to check in, in order to receive access to the home. Failure to provide coverage may result in cancellation of stay without refund.
