The hotel has an excellent location in the middle of shops and famous sights, and, at the same time, only 10 minutes walk from a tram station (tramvia) connecting the centre of Florence to the international airport. The atmosphere at the hotel is cosy and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel and its room also makes one's stay at Palazzo Benci a good experience

Great hotel. Close to everything. Wasn't fancy, but it was clean and the staff were great. Breakfast was good as well.
