Fint hotel til pris med lækker aftenbuffet
Fint hotel - svarer til 4,5 stjerner. Anbuffeten var specielt god. Dejlig sandstrand lige ved hotellet. Lidt lang ventetid ved elevatorer. Sødt og professionelt personale generelt.

Discoteque more than x stars hotel - sorry.
I am normally positive...Stayed for 2 weeks from 15-29 th. of December. Did not sleep before 4:00 in the morning the first 2 nights even though we stayed at 13. th. floor - very loud music from the hotels bar/discoteque. Do not take rooms facing the beach and airport - sorry. We were then moved to the calm part of the hotel and it was OK. I complained also by mail to the hotels salesman the 17. th. - and got an answer the. 27.th.....offering free spa the next day. Did not use the aircondition - to much noise. Perfect view from the rooms and clean rooms. OK Fitnessroom. Comfortably beds. Fast wifi. Nice bar at 2. floor. Not 5 stars at all. I am sorry to write Arrecife Gran Hotel & Spa that I will not come back.

We are proud that you had a pleasant stay in our hotel, thanks to our good services and homemade breakfast. We are disappointed that you didn`t like our selection of the evening buffet. We try have variable menus of food during the week. For example on Monday it`s a Canarian theme, on Wednesday Asian and on Friday Italian food. Fantastisk at hive stikket ud og nyde et LUKSUS ophold, med Bla. professionel spa og boblevand til morgen buffet. Personalet er sjældent set mere imødekommende. Vi kommer HELT sikkert tilbage.

Such an amazing experience. Beautiful hotel with the most welcoming staff and great facilities to use. The food was 12/10 also! It exceeded my expectations and I would highly reccomend Arrecife Gran Hotel & Spa to be your first choice when coming to Lanzaorte- keep it up guys!

Overall a very a good stay. The lifts were a problem, very slow and busy, not much that can be done about that. The wifi connection wasnt great and had to reconnect in every different area you went to in hotel. The pool opening times were only 10-6 so would have liked if open a bit longer as there was no where else to really sit in the hotel other than the rooftop bar. Food was good, had to send back some dishes as cold but when hot were tasty at both the pool bar and the rooftop bar. The spa is a great facility and the staff did a great job. The circuit was okay, the steam room was cold and the turkish bath water was also lukewarm would have been nicer if hotter. The rooms were also very cold at night but they did supply a small portable heater on request. The location is great for the airport but in terms of the islands main tourist attractions and beaches it is far away from these and taxis are expensive! Not much to see in Arrecife itself and beach isnt the nicest and currently some roadworks going on in the off season so unable to walk along the promenande. Overall a very good relaxing stay, but would not revisit.

Great location. Lovely pool area and bars with amazing breakfast. My husband celebrated his birthday and as a surprise we were left a bottle of fizz and cake in the room which was really nice.

Amazing hotel would definitely stay again.
Fantastic hotel. I stayed in the suite with the city view on my own and the room was perfect size for a couple, never mind just myself. Very clean, room cleaned daily, fresh towels. Walls aren’t as thick as I’d liked but wasn’t too much of an issue. Breakfast was great, loads to choose from and changed every day. Pool/bar area was great and a lovely view of the sea. Staff were very helpful throughout the hotel. In between Costa Teguise and Puerto Del Carmen so perfect if you want to move about. Also visited the spa where I had a massage which was heaven. Staff were extremely warm and welcoming. Would stay again.

Cet hôtel correspond en tous points à sa description. Notre chambre (suite Infinity) était parfaite, tout est très bien entretenu, propre, les vues sont superbes. Le petit-déjeuner est bon et varié, et le buffet du soir est pratique, toujours frais, et changé tous les jours dans ses propositions. Une agréable attention le jour de mon anniversaire, c'est très sympathique, merci ! En synthèse : un hôtel qui répond à ce que l'on s'attend d'avoir, rien à reprocher !

Hotel clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner has food to satisfy the most demanding of clientele with some freshly cooked to order. I have stayed here 4 times now and sadly the room on this occasion was near the bar and so music disturbance late at night. Never had a problem before …. Hence this occasion slight downgrade from excellent. To be fair the hotel were very responsive and kind when they heard about the problem

Tolle Lage , super leckeres Essen , schöner Spa Bereich , gut ausgestattetes Gym. Eine Kleinigkeit gefiel mir nicht so gut - die Kommuniktion der Abendveranstaltungen war leider nicht vorhanden. Hier würde ich mir eine Tafel oder Monitor am Empfang wünschen.... Aber das ist meckern auf ganz ganz hohem Niveau :-)

Stunning vistas and great rooms
Such a gorgeous hotel and always a pleasure to stay here. The rooms are wonderful- very comfortable and the views spectacular. The rooftop bar is stunning (though service can be slow) and the cocktails outstanding. If you are looking to really treat yourself, so try their ground floor restaurant - it’s outstanding. Just a few things that could be better: (1) air conditioning is really needed in the breakfast buffet room - it was so very hot & certainly worked against any kind of leisurely meal; (2) the elevators are on the most random algorithm and take forever- factor this in and don’t get frustrated by them! (3) I’d really like it the hotel showed you the bill for you to check before telling you the final sun owed- was surprised that I had to ask for this- on final checkout but also in the (really excellent) restaurant; And some suggestions: (1) it would be wonderful if the hotel would rent out deckchairs/beach mats/parasols for the adjacent beach. A “beachbag” option for guests would be wonderful; (2) another idea- imagine if there was somewhere to leave and share unused sunscreen with incoming guests- I left some factor 30 and aftersún in the ladies bathroom and hope someone will make use of it! All in all, this is a really lovely spot- easy walking to the old harbour and shopping area, with lots of excellent restaurants around.

We really enjoyed the spa that was part of the hotel as well as the live performances. The staff were friendly and helpful and the views were incredible. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend :)
