"Nicola and Elliot were fantastic hosts . Went above and beyond for us let us check in early. Pods were so comfortableand clean. everything you needed in them . Fabulous location near to Penzance not far to walk or bus stop outside. Pub was inviting and friendly. Jack the dog was an added bonus definitely be back."

"This hotel is located on the Promenade in Penzance with a fantastic view from the hotel restaurant overlooking the sea. Breakfast is fine. No sandy beach just around the corner, but a huge pool area only about 300 metres away and the harbour and town centre close by too. Nice surroundings and a beautiful subtropical park in the back garden. Easy walk to and from the station but would recom-mend taxi if carrying luggage. Stay a few days on your trip around Cornwall, and you will be fine."

Myself and my wife had originally booked 2 nights stay but added another 2 nights because it was such a nice place to stay and the staff were so friendly and helpful. 5 stars all round!! Especially the duty manager Tiffany and staff member Pheobe who helped show me around the buffet breakfast process.
