"Basic but great value for money,if you want a clean, comfortable night sleep with a fantastic breakfast with amazing choices then this is for you, lovely owner Doreen who does the best full English your likely to ever have,the room was basic,but some nice touches with towels,coffee,tea, biscuits,soaps ect....bed was super comfortable,I had the best two nights sleep better than my own bed at home...bare in mind it's a hotel/bar....I took some time to get to know the regular guys that play pool...

"Hotellet er kombineret med en pub, hvor der er værelser i gården og på 1. sal.
Modtagelsen var rigtig god og selvom der var mange gæster i pubben, var der stadig god tid til at tage imod os og svare på spørgsmål.
Sengene var ret bløde, så hvis man er glad for det er det jo helt perfekt
Aftensmaden var super lækker og kan klart anbefales.
Serveringen til morgenmaden var meget langsom, så det kræver god tålmodighed."

"This hotel is located on the Promenade in Penzance with a fantastic view from the hotel restaurant overlooking the sea. Breakfast is fine. No sandy beach just around the corner, but a huge pool area only about 300 metres away and the harbour and town centre close by too. Nice surroundings and a beautiful subtropical park in the back garden. Easy walk to and from the station but would recom-mend taxi if carrying luggage. Stay a few days on your trip around Cornwall, and you will be fine."

"Vi have et super godt ophold på hotel St. Ives Bay. Hotellet ligger få minutters gang fra bymidten og havnefronten og vi havde en skøn udsigt over bugten og stranden.

"Outworn hotel, that really needs a refurbishment. Cleaning in the hallway ceiling outside our room on 2nd. floor, is really needed - spider webs and water damages.
Thick carpets in room and hall ways are old and dirty.
We realised it was too cheap a room for our standard.
Breakfast was english and OK."

"Was only there for one night/day on a quick unexpected trip to the area and the property was just what I needed. Wish I had more time to explore it and have a meal on site, everyone there was helpful and friendly and the place was super cute and peaceful. Great location. Good vibe. "

"The room was spacious with very good facilities, such as dish washer, washing machine, cooking utensils. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. In addition, plants inside living room or dining room were dying without proper attention."
