This is our 2nd stay with them . Warm, friendly place ; rooms are very clean & have a cute country atmosphere . We don’t eat the breakfast that is quite basic; we prefer to go out. Staff is kind & helpful.

Our room was clean. I wish we had been told there was around 100 kids staying there for a soccer tournament. The kids were loud, disrespectful, and even though they were under the age of 14, were not supervised by any parents. The parent sat outside and got drunk while their kids acted like animals in the pool area. I was pegged in the face with a ball, my son was kicked in the face twice, and my son with autism couldn’t even use the pool because it was absolute chaos. The kids saw my autistic son covering his ears so they screamed louder. If I had known there was going to be a million unsupervised kids, I would have never booked here.

The room was dark with one window. The bathroom was small. The beds were very soft. The air conditioning was very noisy. The breakfast was not much. The place was satisfactory for our purposes - but not luxurious.

The staff very helpful and friendly. The jacuzzi and pool where fun and clean. The location is perfect to explore Lancaster.

Property was fine for the price point. Staff was very nice. The facilities were dated and you can see wear and tear. If you are simply looking for a place to sleep with no frills, it meets the mark.

I thought the room itself was clean. The carpet didn't feel clean underfoot so I wore my sandals while in the room.The sink and shower in the bathroom were in a sad state of disrepair. The sink was spritzing all over when I turned it on . There was only liquid soap and there was no soap in the shower dispenser. I tried to switch it with the soap dispenser by the sink but it was locked in place.The shower water was dribbling though I tried to turn the handle to get a decent spray of water it just wasn't working properly. I called the following morning to tell them about the broken shower. They told me there wasn't any maintenance over the weekend and to talk to the manager. They also don't offer housekeeping on the weekends. I wished I had known that before I made a reservation, I would have gone elsewhere. I did speak to the manager but didn't really get anywhere. I thought I should get some sort of refund for my stay .

Get a room on the second floor. Out first floor room carpet was very damp as you walked towards the sliding glass door and the room smelled of mold. It's such a cute hotel, people are very friendly. I hope they get the dampness straightened out.

I normally don't write reviews, but felt the need to write this one. The hotel had a musty scent, the hotel room was rather dated, the bathroom filthy and the sheets were so worn, there were holes in them.

24 hour coffee is a must for me, and this place was on point with a nice creamer selection too. Breakfast drinks could use some help... but 24hr coffee was nice

The property was nice but outdated. The rooms were clean but had a musty old smell. I opted for a room with a balcony but realized the air smelled like fertilizer. The contintental was not continental but breakfast options which included cereal, boiled eggs, toast and bagels with juice tea milk and coffee. Overall, I stayed one night but I dont think I will return.

I like the size of the queen deluxe with the balcony. I liked the rustic homey atmosphere.I liked the location which was convenient to everything. I liked the amenities and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

This was the first time we stayed here. The place is set on a major roadway through town but it is set back which is nice. It has a nice setup having that country wise look complete with rocking chairs on the porch. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Nice setup in the lobby for 24-hour tea and coffee. They also have popcorn there during the day. For what it's worth, the breakfast was not that bad. Hot boiled eggs... Oatmeal.. yogurt. Bagels as well as different juices. So you can get a decent protein fix in the morning. Nice that they had an indoor pool which was a little cold and they could use more chairs and maybe a few more tables to accommodate the guests. They also had a hot tub there which was crowded so we did not use that. Room was comfortable older style with carpet on the floor. Bathrooms were definitely remodeled and they were nice And clean. Room was pretty clean but the only negative especially in the morning. The doors are heavy and people just let them go and you're hearing them all morning Just banging. You got some kids running in the hall but if you have families there it's going to happen. We did check out one day early and when I did check out they could not find my reservation. But I double-checked today to make sure we only got charged for one day which we did. Overall a decent place to stay... Not expensive and the location is very good and not far from many of the Amish sites around.

Hotel was clean and quiet. The beds were SO HARD, they really need to invest in better beds. Other than that, the stay went well. Staff was very friendly.

Easy to get to and a short 16 minute drive from Spooky Nook! Lots of dining options on site as well as within a 10 minute drive and a short drive into beautiful Lancaster farmlands!

Standard I guess. No daily maid service. Breakfast was stale bagels, apples, yogurt and boiled eggs but its free. Liked the popcorn in lobby for the kids. Pool area was not as glamorous as in pic but you get what you pay for. Tight parking. Love that uou have to use room key to get into the building-nice safety feature. No fridge in room no cots available.
