"Brandon the host is really responsive, as is the property management company (Evolve). Location is really amazing -- the neighborhood is great but you are super close to several ski mountains and fun towns like Tahoe City, Kings Beach and Incline Village. Rooms are great, most of them have their own bathroom and there's a nice wraparound deck, and the basement room is a good kids area plus there is access to the hot tub there.
