"I spent 5 nights here with my family and we all enjoyed the cabin, as well as the neighborhood and larger area. When we arrived, the house was clean and both living rooms offered us ample gathering space to talk and have a nice time. "We had a wonderful time at this condo which fit 7 people very comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utencils, glasswear, dishes. Coffee pot, blender and other small appliances, which i fully appreciated. All beds and sofas were comfortable, except for the queen bed on the 3rd floor. The mattress needs to be replaced. There is a total of 4 floors, so lots of stairs. I'm not sure when the condos were built but there pretty much all the same, a bit dated, with the Tahoe vibe....

"This was our 3rd time returning to the property and as always, were very pleased with our entire stay. We also really liked the upgrades since our last stay (the giant family couch with recliners were so comfy!). Mike has been a very responsive and accommodating host - we had a few hiccups which were resolved swiftly and professionally. Thank you again for having us and hope to stay again soon!"

The home is very spacious, the beds were super comfortable, it was nicely equipped with everything we needed. Quick response when we had a small issue that needed addressed. "

"What a great house! Everything in the pictures represents exactly what is present. All features in the house were fully operational (wifi, television, hot tub, etc.) and in very good condition. We really enjoyed the outdoor area with the bocce court and looking out over the top deck at the lake during sunset. "We were there for snowboarding trip to palisade Tahoe. 15 min drive to Palisade, very close to the lake, quiet neighborhood. House had everything we needed and more. Very clean and well kept. We would definitely go back there. "

"Property was as as described and shown in pictures and fit our large extended family with an age range of Grandparent all the way down to 1.5 years old without issue. Kings beach is right down the road and so is grocery store and various restaurants and hiking trails. We all had a great time and would certainly stay again!"

"Perfect home not far from the lake! We were very happy to not have to worry about parking at the lake. We just walked! Very clean and had everything we needed. Was nice to have games available to use. We happened to go during the hottest weekend so not having AC was rough but there were plenty of box fans in all the rooms along with the ceiling fans. Highly recommend! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!"
