In addition to bedrooms 1 and 2 described below, this floor also has the two-story great room with kitchen, living and dining room with view to lake. It's breathtaking. Also has standing video game (hunting) as well as games, including an Infinity table. Directly outside on the deck is a grill (propane will never run out as it is a direct connection), and gas fire pit, steps to hot tub and beach. Beach has wood fire pit.
Bedroom #1 = Queen w/ ensuite full bathroom (Grand Aspen Bed w/ Aspen bench and bedside tables)
Bedroom #2 = Two bunks (4 twins for 4 people) + one ottoman that opens to a twin (so 5 in this room in beds). Attached to a full bathroom w tub (Solid Oak beds). This bathroom can be closed off during the night and entered only from the bedroom making it a private bathroom. During the day, guests from the 1st floor typically use this bathroom most frequently.

The property's owner's quarters are located on the top floor, ensuring complete seclusion for our guests. It is setup somewhat like an apartment building (duplex) with private entrances. Though you may occasionally cross paths in common areas such as the parking lot, main entrance, your privacy is our top priority. Each guest quarter features its own separate entryway and individual key codes, as well as soundproofing between rooms and floors. We also have white noise monitors for those enjoy an early bedtime. In addition. we can recommend free apps to use with your iphone or android to provide the best sleep.
The bunk room also has a sleep light machine that kids typically love. It creates a magical environment with sound for sleeping.

You will need to use a vehicle to get to most locations. The house is close enough to walk to Nick's Lake House, Shenanigans, Piggy's, and Terra Cottage. But you may never want to leave, especially during the summer, since this property offers the only residential beach in all of Lake Harmony. Guests have commented that it's like a mini resort.
