The office was locked and myself and another lady were waiting outside in the heat. I finally called a number posted and the guy came immediately. After a brief check in, I got my room key....only to realize someone else was already in the room! So thankful that they weren't in in the room at the time! (How does this happen? Someone pays cash and the desk clerk leaves it off the books?)
The black out curtains didn't block the light at all. The giant security lights guarding the parking lot came on through. I did not get a good nights sleep. It was a combination of the mattress and the light. Room #123.
I took a picture of the mirror. But I cannot figure out how to post it on this review. Housekeeping used a dirty cloth to clean it and it was easy to see.
