Inside, guests will find comfort and style with original artwork, Italian, German, and Scandinavian furniture, beds with new mattresses, high-quality kitchen appliances, and bedding to provide the most pleasant living experience. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an office with a sleeping space. Our home offers 2 king beds, 1 full bed, a futon that converts into the full bed, and a couch in the kitchen enclave that converts into a queen bed with a comfortable mattress. The house can accommodate 6-9 guests. We have a large courtyard with an outside dining table for 6, a gas heater, and a backyard with park/lake views.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook - plates, cups, pots & pans and utensils. Large fridge with freezer and ice maker, stove top and oven, Vitamix, and microwave included. Fireplace in the living room.

We have a detached 2-car garage but no overnight guest parking in the community. You can park in the garage, on the driveway but not on the street.

Close to many beaches, golfing, Dana Point Harbor, restaurants, whale watching, Ocean Institute, Catalina excursions, fishing, surfing, paddle boarding, boogie boarding, Laguna Beach, airport, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Legoland, galleries, luxury theaters, shopping, and Soka University. 8 minutes drive to the best beaches in Orange County - Salt Creek, Selva, Doheny Beach; 20 minutes to Laguna Beach. Walking distance to Laguna Niguel Regional Park, Aliso Woods Canyon with miles of hiking and biking trails. Conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, playgrounds, yoga studios, and gyms - all within walking distance.

30 mins from Disneyland, Convention Center, Huntington Beach, and an hour's drive to Los Angeles or San Diego. Visit Legoland, San Diego Zoo or Safari Park, Universal Studios, Huntington Library, etc., and come back to the tranquil home with beautiful sunsets to rest until your next adventure. Enjoy the sky and lake views at night at the firepit with your favorite beverage.

The host doesn’t allow parties or smoking. We respect our neighbors' desire for peace and quietness.
Please obtain the host's approval before inviting any guests who were not part of the booking. Having more than the number of guests registered on the booking or violation of the house rules will result in a $600 fine charged to your deposit.
