Way below our expectations, especially for the price
The service is horrible, takes 30 minutes to order anything, and sometimes it doesn’t show up anyway
The rooms are okay, but look very dated and worn down. Same goes for the pool area and other facilities
The food is barely eatable, I have never been served a worse selection at a buffet. We gave up on the hotel restaurant and ate all meals in the city which requires a 15 minute cab drive
All in all we are very disappointed with the stay, and was expecting much more from a claimed 5-star hotel.
At best this is a 3 star hotel
