"From the moment I booked my stay at this property, I was already in constant communication with Freddy at the front desk for whatever questions I may have. Freddy set up my hotel pick both ways. It was easy and comfortable. Javier was also punctual as much as he can. I took the tram to the mountains to see the views of Quito then spent 4 hrs at the Middle of the World park. On my last day, Javier and I walked around Old Town & visited the Basilicas. Such a beautiful & clean city! Villa De Sant...

"This is an incredibly charming hotel. Each room is creatively and uniquely decorated. The staff treated us like family, calling us by our first names each time they saw us. Breakfast is wonderful, as is the customer service. There was not a single thing that wasn't first rate. I highly recommend the Hotel La Basílica, and if we ever return to Quito, this will be where we stay. Special shout-out to Media, Josalie and Byron."

"A fine and warmly family operated old building tastefully updated to meet the needs of travelers visiting the area. And just an easy block and a half walk from the Plaza Grande; what more could you ask for? looking hard to find something to fault, the only thing I can think of is that the showerhead was a little difficult to reach in order to direct the flow of water. I hope that Lucia and her son Luis will be there to welcome me when I next visit their fair city."

" The hotel was quite an experience the best service I ever had! Located in the old city very antique with new world amenities. The staff is great and the food is amazing this is truly an experience. Please let the resort arrange your driver Giovanny is the best. Love love this hotel."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Inti. Daniel was a wonderful host and all staff were helpful and accommodating. We had our laundry done same day for a reasonable cost, and the included breakfast was simple but delicious. Although there wasn't a lot in the area to walk to, Ubers were easy to get and we were only about a 5 minute walk to the El Ejido Metro station. Nights were mostly quiet, although there is some traffic noise, so earplugs are recommended if you are a light sleeper....

I had a room with two beds, though I only needed one and it had SO much space. "The hosts are so sweet. Breakfast is very good they will cook eggs and bacon fresh for you. The rooms are very clean with fresh flowers a lovely touch. There is a small bar where you can have nightcap. The area around has lots of restaurants and bars. The square seems a little sketchy but we had no problems and felt very safe. We would recommend a stay at this hotel."
