"The unit was clean, well decorated and cozy. We very much enjoyed the hospitality, Cotswolds town environment and loved the wonderful breakfast. Would love to come back and highly recommend!"

"I stayed here whilst working away. The place is very clean and modern; everything looks brand new. The other review states the bed was too hard; I found it to be extremely soft. I’m wondering whether one side is harder than the other as it’s basically two single beds made into a king. The owner was friendly and helped show me round. I will definitely stay again next time I’m working in the area. The only thing I would say is with all the modern appliances in the room, a full-sized...

"WonderfulExactly as offered! Great space with everything u could possibly needLovely and bright Great bathroom . Comfortable bed and ample living space Located on the high street so close to shops and restaurants Loved it … recommend highly "

"The location is outstanding! Right in the middle of Bath. The room is as in the pictures, however I think it is misleading that a picture indicates the roman the baths are part of the hotel, or that the hotel gives access to the roman baths. The sofa bed was probably the worst bed I have ever slept in. The main bed was better, but still way below standard. I asked for an extra pillow, but was ignored. There is no reception, but check in and out is efficient. Despite the excellent location, I...

"Very nice flat. Only gripe was no shower, only bath (a very nice one) in one bath room."

"Great location, close to a car park and all the things central in Bath"

"Great location."

"Loved it"

"Lovely quiet area, 25 minute walk into Bath, all down hill, however the walk back was quite a pull. Taxi fare is £7 The accommodation was lovely, comfortable beds, and the little touches like the breakfast, milk, ice cubes & coffee machine were appreciated. Would highly recommend. "

"チェックインに戸惑ったタイミングでもすぐに駆けつけてくれて助かりました"

"Staying here was an absolute delight. Great location 5 min walk to bus stop and supermarket. Beautiful apartment with excellent kitchen, washer dryer (all in one), upstairs toilet and ensuites for both bedrooms downstairs. Comfortable, modern, clean. There were even extra touches with a lovely Xmas tree and decorations in the apartment. Great place to stay for families extra bed available for upstairs lounge room as well. Highly recommend this property! "

"Brilliant location, lovely little apartment, would definitely recommend & will definitely stay again!"

"This was a beautiful, unique 220-year-old flat that provided a comfortable and clean stay for my family of six. We loved the location and accommodations our only disappointment is that we didn't see a ghost 😉. We would 100% stay here again. It was lovely."

"Beautiful historic town house in very central area. We only stayed for one night and wish it could have been longer! Parking was easy (public parking close by) and pubs, cafes, restaurants are within walking distance. Extremely comfortable."

"Great home near the city center. Lots of space, well equipped kitchen. Super friendly check in. Comfortable bedrooms and two baths. Highly recommend "

"Very comfortable with plenty of room for 4 adults. Single parking space allocated to apartment but free parking in street. Lovely view over Bath from balcony."

"Parking was excellant as we managed to park right outside, reasonably priced. Studio is as listed and fairly compact. WiFi was good and taking a laptop meant we could watch TV/listen to radio when we wanted. Bathroom was ok but fairly basic. Host was great with communication. Supermarket opposite and v close to centre of Bath so no need to use the car or bus. 90 sec walk to the river which was great"

"Rose Barn is the perfect hideaway from the everyday hustle and bustle. Our host had provided homemade jam, butter, milk and bread for our first English breakfast - it was fantastic. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings with fields and meadows - and that there were several historical sites within reasonable distance. Half an hour to Stonehenge, Woodhenge, Old Sarum and about one hour (perhaps a bit more) to Lord Nelson’s ship, Jane Austin’s house and Windsor Castle. We highly recommend Rose...

"Light and airy flat in the heart of the city without being on a busy street. Feels brand new. The hosting team was very responsive to questions and communication. Free washers and dryers in the basement is a big plus for long stays. Wifi is fast and reliable. Furniture is comfy. I'd definitely stay here again."
