Meget fint og rummeligt værelse. God service ved indtjekning. Rent og pænt. Stort badeværelse med toiletartikler. Lige i centrum af La Spezia og 10-15min fra stationen. Minus: Larm fra gaden og et køleskab, der ikke kølede ordentligt, men vi vil ikke tøve med at bo der igen en anden gang

Thank you Camilla for your review! Unfortunately the fridge in the room is a mini fridge and so it is not powerful as a normal fridge but we are working to improve them. I am glad that this issue has not spoiled your staying.

Central beliggenhed
Overordnet var værelset rent og fint med gode senge og havde en meget central beliggenhed. Blandingsbatteriet i brusenichen kunne dog ikke skifte fra loftbruser til håndbruset. Der manglede batterier i safetyboxen og stolene på balkonen var fyldt med rustpletter.

Great place to stay to visit Cinque Terre. 5 min away from the boat station and 10 min walk to the train station. Very accommodating and helpful staff. They advised us a lot of helpful things. I highly recommend to stay at this place to visit La Speiza or Cinque Terre

Great stay and experience, we loved La Spezia as a whole. Definitely recommend. Try to message them regarding arrival time the day before to make sure the reception area is staffed when you arrive, they sent us a message to request that information but we didn't receive it until after arrival, but a quick call solved that easily.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral in der Fußgängerzone und alles ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung mit Balkon lag im 3. Stock und obwohl sehr viel los ist in der Einkaufsstrasse, ist es im Zimmer doch ruhig. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir können das Casa weiterempfehlen.

Sehr gut gelegen, modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und recht groß. Sowohl Check-in als auch Check-out liefen komplett problemlos (unabhängig von den Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption). Aufgrund der zentralen Lage hörte man abends einige Geräusche von draußen, das war aber nicht weiter störend. Schön war auch der große Balkon! Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

The bathroom wasn’t clean, sink was missing a drain cover, bidet drain stop was stuck shut. Apart from that, it is located in a convenient busy area close to restaurants. Ideal if you are looking to enjoy night time activities conveniently. Not so ideal if you are looking to get a restful sleep.

The lady who checked us in was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a large balcony. We also had use of a small kitchen with coffee machine and also dining table etc.. From the street there is a main door which requires a fob to access, a second door which we had the key to, and also the doors for the apartment, so it is very safe. The location is perfect, right on the Main Street so great for shopping and dining options. I also asked about an ironing board over message the day before we arrived, and these were placed outside the door for us moments after checking in which was really efficient. My only constructive points would be for some cutlery in the kitchen area, and also perhaps some wall art as there was a slight echo. But this is just nit picking as everything was great. Would definitely recommend staying.

nice in some ways
nice location right over the shopping street with balcony - except it was freezing we still used it. TV did not work? limited tea and no coffee. A little bit noizy right on the shopping street. There was no one there at the office and the gal in the shoe store helped us get in our room after a lady in another shop noticed us hanging out = looking for help. No people or tourists /guests in La Spezia in November.

Lovely room in great central location
Sara was very helpful, showed us to our room and gave us tips for food which got us off to a great start. Lovely room with good bathroom and AC. Situated in main area of La Spezia and a short 10min walk from the station. Great location to use as a base for exploring the Cinque Terre. Would stay here again without question.

La struttura è posizionata in luogo strategico: 10 minuti circa dalla stazione a piedi e in centro, che è solo pedonale. Per chi ha la macchina consiglio di informarsi prima dove poterla lasciare. È del tutto inutile muoversi in macchina, le cose importanti da visitare e i ristoranti sono tutti in zone facilmente raggiungibili a piedi per chi può e ha voglia di scarpinare. Il personale in accoglienza è molto gentile e disponibile a dare informazioni. Forniscono a richiesta una delle solite mappe formato A3 per turisti e possono consigliare dove mangiare. Io mi sono trovata molto bene nel luogo indicato. Le trattorie erano già segnalate positivamente in internet. È importante telefonare il giorno prima per comunicare l'orario di arrivo. La reception accoglie i clienti all'orario concordato. In altri orari non ci sono, in caso di problemi si telefona. La stanza da me prenotata era pulita, aveva un bel bagno ed era abbastanza spaziosa. Gli asciugamani forniti erano più che sufficienti. Le stanze sono ricavate in un appartamento al primo piano, non c'è ascensore. È a disposizione una piccola cucina. La colazione non è compresa però vi è a disposizione un bollitore, una macchina da caffè con capsule, tè e zucchero al servizio dei clienti. Inoltre vi sono piatti, bicchieri e posate.

We were welcomed by the friendly Sara and were provided with excellent recommendations. Easy day trip to Cinque Terre from here. On Sara’s recommendation we also went to Porto Venere and had an excellent day. The room was spacious and excellent location. This was our favourite destination and accomodation of our trip. Highly recommend this!

Sounds like a cool spot! 🏨 It's basically an apartment-turned-hotel on a bustling street in La Spezia. The front desk folks aren't there 24/7. The rooms are roomy and comfy but kinda basic. The bathroom's decent, and the bed's cozy. Expect some street noise until late, but they've got nifty shutters. You can walk to the train station, and there are awesome restaurants nearby. Overall, you liked it and would recommend it! 👍

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable but it would need extra pillows or pillows that are more confortable. The parking was a nightmare and check in very limited if you arrive later than 7:00 pm. Thanks to the shoe store employee who helped reaching out the owner. Otherwise we would have been lost!

L'hébergement se trouve à 10 minutes à pied de la gare de la Spezia ce qui est un point fort. La chambre était convenable pour le peu de temps que nous y avons passé, un confort rudimentaire. Le gros point négatif que je tiens à souligner et le bruit. Il y avait beaucoup de bruit dans le couloir et de l'appartement qui se situe au-dessus de la chambre. Tous les matins nous avons été réveillées à 6h du matin et le bruit continuait jusqu'à 8h du matin. On irait dit qu'il y avait un déménagement, c'est intolérable. C'est vraiment quelque chose qu'il faut revoir à tout prix.

The safe didn't work. Addressed with reception but nothing done. Shower leaked. No working lift. Entryway to rooms is a mess. Handy to shopping and dining and the room was a decent size with a good bed. Overall disappointing and really couldn't recommend. Reception 3 hours a day also an issue

We are quite surprise though that you had been disappointed by something that you have know at the time of booking because it is clearly stated in our listing that we don’t have elevator so it couldn’t be broken and that our reception is open from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.As for the safe we tried to explain you that since it was a last minute problem we were waiting for the technician to repair it.We apologize again for any inconvenience this could have may caused.

Close to the train station and easy walking to the port. The room was clean and quiet, would have loved it if the coffee had been replenished. Lots of dining options nearby, in a charming location. I would recommend this place.

The room is really good with all amenities and comfort. The staff Sara is really friendly and helped us setup and gave some tips. The room is 10 min walking distance from the La Spezia train station. The room we stayed faced the street we could hear some noise from the street at one night. And the surrounding area is really good with shops and restaurants.

Staying here was a wonderful experience, the apartment was lovely and perfect location. The staff person who checked us in was absolutely wonderful and accomdating. We didn't want to leave.
