Not worth $500 a night. Got the ocean view room with the patio and upon arrival the following things were wrong with the room:
-AC is a box ac unit and made a horribly loud noise all night long and did not work in general.
- the door to the patio to enjoy the view of the ocean was broken and so we were unable to open the screen door at all.
-the shower had a leak and leaked all over the floor when on
- the shower also wouldn’t turn off so it constantly dripped
-the duvet cover was just two sheets put together
- the door to the toilet and shower cannot open all the way because of the toilet so you have to wiggle your way in in order to close/open the door.
-it was only after confirming our reservation we were told the pool and pool area was going to be closed during our stay. I’m understanding of renovations, but prices should be lower and reflect it due to the disruption of the renovations
The only positive was the location of the hotel.
Overall extremely disappointed in this experience with the price we paid for the room. Will not be returning or recommending.
