"Way overpriced for what is actually there. It is slightly larger than a dorm room, an older structure with a warped floor and broken planks. A tiny bathroom with no vent and no sink. The sink is in “the living room” in a vanity. There no sofa and no chairs to sit on. My friend and I brought our beach chairs inside so we could sit and watch the small TV. There was spackling on the walls where it was patched but not painted over. Broken or chewed blind on the floor door. Porch furniture...
