Skønt hotel med strand og by tæt på
Skønt hotel med venligt personale. Det ligger godt i forhold til strand og by (butikker og natteliv). Stranden var dog ikke så lækker grundet en del affald i vandet. Hotellet har en dejlig pool hvor man også fik super nem betjening. Dog er poolen ikke dybere end 1,2 meter hvorfor man kunde gå hele poolen rundt. Jeg savnede en lidt dybere pool. Enormt lækker mad på hotellet, og rimelige priser.

There are no words to describe how good our stay at the stones was. I could not fault a single thing. The staff made our stay so comfortable, effortless and memorable. Its immaculate, the food is always 10/10 and they have the best happy hour! I would stay here again and again

The first class service of staff tops everything beyond the hotel’s excellent facilities. The rooms that face inward the magnificent pool with tub in the balcony are worth the upgrade. The rooms are a good, comfortable size, food in the restaurant offers a variety of local and international cuisine, and the beach is just across the property for those beautiful Bali sunsets.

Huge property with strict security measures. Large breakfast selection and plenty of pool lounges. We loved the iceypole on arrival, in place of a standard welcome drink. Check in was for 3pm. We arrived just prior to 3pm, but could not access our room until 4pm, so sat around for an hour in the heat, waiting. Room was clean with free minibar and fruit basket, which was a lovely touch. I had a medical emergency in the middle of the night and reception staff were extremely helpful with arranging immediate transport to the hospital. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The staff were all lovely, helpful, very approachable and friendly. Breakfast was A M A Z I N G. Rooms were clean and serviced daily. Reasonably priced laundry service. Close to a variety of other dining options, taxis and other transport at doorstep daily. Close to shopping, Melasti Markets, across the road from the beach. One negative was the spa in the pool could do with a scrub around the edges however the rest of the pool area was wonderful. Would come again.

The hotel is a bit old and we saw a few roaches in our room at night for a few days which was a bit of a disappointment. Don’t know if it’s because our room is on the first floor. They should do a better job for the pests. But I do have to say, it has a nice pool and restaurant food is nice too. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is also very convenient to eatery and shopping and of course the beach!

This hotel was amazing! I couldn’t say enough about the hotel, the staff and the time we had there. The rooms were always stocked and clean, the staff always at attention to assist and always willing to offer recommendation for where to go and what to do. It is a quiet neighbourhood, less party spot but is very calm and safe. I would recommend this hotel to everyone possible and will be back. I miss it already.

The staff at this hotel is amazing. Never felt so welcome at a hotel before. The cleanliness and the attention to detail is second to none. I just met the staff and I already feel like family! I couldn’t asked for a better safe, clean, friendly, and great tasting food might I add from a hotel.

Great pool area, great breakfast, and friendly staff everywhere. Rooms are good size (outward facing rooms have no balcony), our choice to stay in a room with no balcony, but next time with have a room with a balcony). IMO needs a better menu for poolside food. Short walk for many food choices, or dine in at the hotel restaurant. Plenty of transport available out front of hotel.
