"The reception and common area is very nice. A lot of events planned daily. Every night there is a theme in the bar. There is also different food theme in buffet. Close to the sea. The employee are very nice and easy to talk to. The employee in the main restaurant is very friendly and always want to add food for us. The snack bar in the Olive Tree restaurant is amazing. And the dinner is also good. However I consider the room is very old. We can hear our neighbor talking and in the morning when upstairs neighbor stepping down the stairs. The room can fulfill only basic needs, no tv channel in English, not much light in the room when outside is dark. The room is not completely cleaned. We checked in late, and the second morning when there is enough light to see the room, I found out there is lots of hair in corners of the room. The small bottle of shampoo and other toiletries has been used, it is not a new bottle. The sanitary pack has clearly been opened but not changed when cleaning the room. The day we checked out we found trash under the bed that is not left by us. Also there was one day the seafood in the buffet was not fresh at all. I peeled some shrimps and they couldn't maintain a whole piece. Everything just falls apart. Overall it is a great stay, but we would expect things can be improved. "
