And the best thing is that you can encounter al lot of different marine life, like squid, barracudas, porcupine, parrot fish and trumpet fishes to name a few...

Thanks for your feedback, after your stay we have upgraded a lot of our rooms and indeed our parking lot received a new layer of gravel. The studio that you booked is indeed facing our garden/parking lot. Maybe upgrade to a junior suite next time? This suite offers ocean view.

Depending on your original booking and our occupancy, it is not always possible to give an upgrade to one of our oceanfront rooms. However we hope you still enjoyed our service and your stay on Bonaire.

Dear Mr. D, Thank you so much for your feedback. Your view on our hotel and service means a lot to us as we strive to be the best hotel in Bonaire! With that said, we take great pride in being the cleanest on the island and I have apologized to you upon check-out for the cleanliness of your table on the balcony. Bonaire's dust is definitely not a reason to not have this up to standard. Please do not hesitate to inform us about any issues in advance, in order for us to resolve this while you are staying with us. In regards to the late check-out, we are providing guests with complimentary late check-outs until 11pm if needed, however if we have an arrival on the same room we unfortunately have to have guests leave the room at the stated check-out time. However, if this is the case we will always provide guests with a room to change in without any additional costs, just like we offered you. As you wanted to make use of the shower, we did have to charge you a cleaning fee as this room was just serviced for an arriving guest. As your room was not up to standard, we provided you with this shower room complimentary. I would like to extend my sincere apologies if you feel this made your stay any less than perfect. I am really sorry to see you gave us a score less than 5 and would love to know if there is anything else we can improve on and would like to find a resolution to make your next stay with us perfect.
