Perfect location but poor service
We stayed 6 nights. Even though staff were very friendly the service level was far under what to expect from a five star hotel in Thailand. The beach is undoubtedly the best part of the hotel and is above anything we have experienced ever in other parts of Thailand.

Dejligt hotel med lækker morgenmad. Der var dog problemer med air-condition og toilettet ville ikke trække helt fra starten af. Begge problemer blev dog hurtig løst. Der lugtede dog af røg i vores værelse i flere dage

Amazing property! So well kept and maintained. The staff are the best hotel staff we've met in the world! The beach is fantastic, and very clean. You can't really see it much in the photos, but honestly the hotel beach was one of the best to swim in, even in comparison to Ao Nang, Railay, Phi Phi and Hong Island. The two infinity pools; both facing the ocean are absolutely beautiful. The cocktail hour at Breeze Bar is a must. Most of all, we truly enjoyed the company of the lovely and friendly staff and the guests! If you're coming to Krabi, you MUST stay here.

Overall a very memorable experience. The staff were very friendly and accomodating to all our requests. Breakfast had a good selection of local and international options, delicious fruits. The most enjoyable was the seafood bbq on Sunday. By the beach watching the sunset and a fire show together. Will revisit and stay longer next time. The location, the hotel as a whole, the gym, the breakfast the staff all so lovely and friendly. Reasonable options close by but then Ai Nang is not too far away as well. Will be returning next year.

Execellent hotel with beautiful grounds opening onto a beautiful stretch of beach. Plenty of sunbed space, great facilities and fun fitness classes. Plenty of great restaurants along the beach. スタッフの方々は英語も流暢で挨拶も気持ちよくしてくれました。 クラブルームを利用しましたが、ちゃんと顔だけでなくどんな飲み物をオーダーしたかもちゃんと翌日も覚えていてサービスしてくれました。 サービス教育が行き届いているホテルなのだろうと感心もしましたし、とてもありがたい事だと感じました。またクラビに来るならぜひぜひ利用したいですし、他のデュシタニにも泊まってみたいです。

We had a great stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is great in the beach. Our room had everything needed and the beds are comfy! It's a very relaxing place to stay.

Wir waren 10 Tage im November im Dusit Thani und es war eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Schon der Empfang und Check-In waren super und der Service und das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

One week stay in early November. ve 1. Rooms are big and well appointed 2. Beach is lovely 3. Food and drink options on the beach and just outside the entrance to the resort 4. Resort is well kept. Maintenance was underway when we stayed (one pool and bar were closed), but this was flagged before booking and not really an issue 5. Buffet breakfast is okay (standard hotel fare) 6. WiFi is great all around the resort. -ve 1. Food and drink is overpriced and average. Some good options outside the resort but not many so gets repetitive if your stay is more than a week 2. Nowhere to really sit and socialise on the evening. Not sure where everyone disappeared to; maybe their rooms? 3. It's located in a mangrove swamp so best bring mosquito repellent 4. The resort is large so getting around takes some time
