Dejligt hotel. Fine værelser. Dog meget larm indtil kl 24 hver aften. Havde betalt ekstra for at bo med udsigt til bjerg, det var dog samtidig udsigt til gaden.

Elendigt
Slidt klamt og mangel på sjæl og service. Spiseomkråde med for mange mennesker så der ikke var plads til folk. Uønsked husdyr på værelset og en helt igennem manglende forståelse for kunders ønsker. Alt du får her er trætte ansatte og et hotel der ik kan følge med tiden mere

Nice stay in Ao Nang
Nice big hotel. Walking distance to beach and lots of restaurants. We changed rooms along the way, because the first room we had on a lower floor, towards the street, was a little noisy due to the traffic on the street. But the hotel then quickly suggested us an upgrade to a better floor, room, and view :-). Thanks to the hotel for their quick handling on our request.

Tæt på strand, butikker og restauranter lækre pools og fine værelser hvis man bestiller med havudsigt og badekar på balkon. Fin service og alle er søde og venlige.

Dejligt hotel, venligt og serviceminded personale.
Dejligt hotel beliggende i rimelig afstand til stranden. Meget venligt og service minded personale. Morgenmad i top med noget for enhver smag. Desværre foregår der meget renovering i området og man kunne konstant høre en vinkelsliber, boremaskine eller sav, selv om søndagen. Dette var meget forstyrrende, specielt når man forsøgte at slappe af ved poolen. Det er naturligvis ikke noget, hotellet har indflydelse på, men tæller med i den samlede bedømmelse af opholdet.

Rent og dejligt hotel.
Rigtigt dejligt hotel, med fantasi sødt og hjælpsomt personale. Super lækker panorama pool. Store dejlige værelser. TV elendigt, kun en dårlig nyhedskanal og ingen film. Mindre børnevenligt.

God beliggenhed - venligt personale
Hotellet ligger rigtig godt i forhold til strand og byliv. Vi fik uden problemer værelset kl. 10 selvom vi egentlig først kunne checke ind kl. 14.. personalet er meget imødekommende og serviceminded.

Skønt hotel med virkelig god service
Hotellet er helt fantastisk, personalet er meget imødekommende og søde og yder virkelig god service. værelset havde en fantastisk udsigt, der var rent og pænt, komfortabel seng og fin lille minibar. Morgensmadsbuffeten var super fin og med et fint udvalg, men den kunne blive endnu bedre, hvis de forbedrede kaffen.

Det var en rigtig god oplevelse at være på dette hotel.. alt var som det skulle være, udover at der var et firben på værelset to nætter i træk, men dette kan ske når man bor oppe i bjergene!

Meget byggeri på hotellet så en del støj overalt
Fik først et værelse ud mod gaden, nabo værelset var under renovering så der blev hamret og larmet fra morgen til aften. Måtte betale 200 kr/dag for en opdatering til et bedre rum.

Ro og natur oplevelser
Skønt hotel med fantastisk sød service. Vi udnyttede hotellets massage faciliteter hveranden dag og fik sublim behandling, samt rabat jo flere gange vi var der. Hotellets to poolområder og hotellets private strand (man tager hotellets suttlebus) giver god mulighed for adspredelse og ro. Generelt er hotellet meget voksent og privat og henvender sig til os par der vil have ro, afslapning og oplevelser. Alt i alt et fantastisk ophold vi havde på Ao nang!

Vores ophold på Aonang Cliff Beach Resort var yderst tilfredsstillende. God service overalt på hotellet og meget venligt personale. At vi fik lov til at beholde vores værelse til kl. 16 på afrejsedagen var en stor hjælp for os og imødekommenhed fra hotellets side. Måske de kunne trænge til nye altanmøbler i den afdeling, hvor vi boede! God beliggenhed med kort afstand til stranden.

My seventh stay at the Avani Ao Nang Cliff Krabi Resort was marked by the resort's excellent management and the professionalism of the staff. While I was slightly disappointed by the discontinued availability of the private beach, this was a minor issue in the grand scheme of things. Depends what you’re looking for
This is a difficult one to review. We booked a pool villa which was huge with a great pool if slightly in need of renovation (bad low pressure shower with mould up the wall, worn flooring, missing pool tiles). It was at the back of the hotel on the hill but was overlooking the sunset bar and the pool so not as secluded as we would have liked, however given we stayed at new year we ended up with a front row seat to the fireworks and celebration without being charged which was nice. However, there were issues with the hotel generally. There are a million lifts in different sections of the main building to use to get to anywhere and there don’t seem to be any service lifts so those lifts are almost always full of staff with crates moving things. Therefore if you don’t want to climb a hundred stairs it takes ages to get anywhere. There is nothing in the mini bar. It’s just a fridge. So you need to buy from the 7 Eleven. And room service wasn’t available after 10pm. It’s not what we expected. And the villas are like a separate add on to the main hotel so for that money I’d not stay again. Staff were generally lovely though especially the drivers of the buggies you can ask for to get to the top if available. Loved Ao Nang generally and we ate out every meal in town in the end, and that was great. It’s an easy walk to most things in the main town which is great.

HORRIBLE. The place catfished me - the room looked lovely online and had a view of the ocean. My room had a ton of street noise and a view of what looked to be a strip club (pic attached). The air conditioning didn’t work and somehow my room was hotter than it was outside (91F / 33C). I abhor this hotel. For the first time ever I left my fully prepaid nonrefundable reservation early to stay somewhere where I wouldn’t practically have a heat stroke every time I tried to sleep. Obviously they didn’t offer any sort of refund or apology. It was also wildly oversold - when I tried to use the infinity pool it was practically standing room only. Not even space to lay a towel down on the floor around the pool. Avoid this place like the plague.

Fantastic property! Beautiful resort with several pools and very happy with our stay. Location is mildly inconvenient since you'd need to take a tuk tuk to get into town but that's pretty easy since you can get one just outside the hotel. Some minor issues for a 5 star hotel like the room-service app did not work for us and keeping towels available at the pools.

인피니티 풀이 너무 예쁜 곳👍
우선 서비스가 매우 좋고 친절합니다. 그리고 숙소 위치가 좋아요. 비치랑도 가깝고 주변에 스타벅스, 편의점, 맥도날드가 있고 해변으로 걸어가는 길에 여러 가게들이 있어서 눈이 매우 즐겁습니다. 숙소 상태는 전반적으로 깨끗하고 좋았는데 저희가 묵었던 숙소는 층수가 낮은 만큼 비치 뷰가 잘 보이진 않았구요. 화장실이 방음이 전혀 안 되어서 그 부분이 좀 불편합니다. 그리고 끄라비 날씨 자체가 조금 습한 편이라 숙소도 좀 습한 면이 있는데 그래서 수영복은 잘 안 말라요 그나마 해가 쨍한 날 밖에 널어두니 잘 마르더라구요. 랜드마크 야시장까지는 거리가 좀 있는데, 교통편이 복잡해서 썽떼우 가격을 너무 비싸게 부르길래 저희는 걸어갔어요 걷기엔 좀 멀어요ㅠ 그 외에늨 위치나 서비스, 청결 등 너무 좋구요 인피니티 풀에서 보는 뷰가 너무 예쁩니다!ㅠ 사이즈는 좀 작지만 강추👍

Slipped multiple times on property due to tile and rainy weather both outside. The hotel is basic but with great location to everything. Would not stay again as room balcony’s are so close together and don’t offer much privacy.

인피니티플 뷰가 넘 좋았어요. 그리고 천연 자연을 잘 활용해 지은 호텔 건축물도 멋있어요. 조식당 뷰도 환상적이었고 넘 음식이 청결하고 맛있어요. 모두 다 좋았어요~~^^

This stay was awesome. The staff were very kind and helpful. This is a perfect location everything is walkable including a the beach.

Had the best experience staying at Avani. The location was perfect, and we had an amazing view from our balcony. Hotel staff were so friendly especially Ging who made us feel so welcome! We miss her already!

Das Hotel an sich hat einen guten Standard und bietet alles was man sich vorstellen kann (Infinity Pool, Roof Top Bar, Zimmer mit Jaccuzi und tollen Ausblick sowie eine sehr große Frühstücksauswahl) Leider ist das Hotel mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man leider. Normal sind wir hier nicht empfindlich, aber bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel, darf man denke ich erwarten dass kein Abflussgeruch aus der Toilette kommt, der Wasserhahn einwandfrei funktioniert, und die durchgelegenen Matratzen von Zeit zu Zeit ausgetauscht werden. Für den Preis den wir gezahlt haben hätten wir uns daher einen besseren Zustand erwartet.

Un hotel con excelente ubicación, esta cerca de todo, la comida es muy buena, el desayuno bufete super variado y muy completo, completa amabilidad del personal, es un excelente hotel con una vista espectacular desde su infinity pool.
