"The resort is surrounded by nature, very quiet and peaceful - perfect if that’s what you’re looking for. It can be a bit inconvenient without a car, but there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel that runs at specific times and goes to the nearest train station, Shiojiri. The owner was very kind and even offered to pick me up and drop me off at the station, and he also took me to visit the old town, Narai-juku.

"The room was everything I dreamed of having in an Onsen. It was beautifully appointed and impeccably clean.
We chose the room with the western beds and found it quite comfortable and very spacious.
The staff was extremely helpful. Spoke English well, and the food was amazing. The presentation of both our breakfast and dinner was a beautiful display of Japanese aesthetics.
We loved the mineral bath, and we love the fact that we had an indoor and an outdoor mineral pool."

"I travel quite a lot, and this Ryokan is the best place I have ever stayed at. The attention to detail and thought put into every piece of the home is impeccable. If you are lucky enough for this space to be available during your time in Japan, booking this place would be the best decision! Kimi is absolutely incredible and will ensure your stay is phenomenal. I can’t recommend this place enough. I will be coming back and recommending to everyone I know. "

"子連れで2泊しました。
子ども向けに遊べるスペースや、お風呂には子ども向けのシャンプーリンス、無料のアイスバーやコーヒーなどもあり、とても良かったです。お風呂付きの部屋にしたのですが、お風呂も広く、窓を開けて、外の虫や鳥の鳴き声を聞きながらゆっくりとお風呂に入ることができました。
朝食なしのプランにしたのですが、到着してから、追加でお願いしました。6歳の娘の分はなしで、大人2人分だけ頼みましたが、娘に取り分けても充分過ぎるくらいの量で、味もとてもよく、大満足です。
点数をつけるなら99点です。
1点は、ホテルから出て、その先メイン通りに出る時、草木が生い茂っていて(ホテルの敷地ではないですが)、左右、特に右からくる車が見えなくて危ないので、どうにか できないかな…という希望だくです。ちなみにホテルから出る時はスタッフの方が見送りをしてくださいました。
総体的に大満足の宿なので、子どもがいる家族や友人にも薦めたいと思います。"
