Poipu Sands # 427 - Luksus 2BR Condo med adgang til strand og pool!

  • Poipu Sands # 427 er en luksus 2 værelses condo med 2 store master suiter. Begge har tilsluttet komplette badeværelser tilstødende, og hele enheden blev ombygget i sommeren 2009 med nyt tæppe og møbler installeret i januar 2015. Dette er en meget dejlig ejendom med smuk udsigt over havet fra Lanai og det indre af enheden. Køkkenet er fuldt opdateret og tilbyder masser af plads og bekvemmeligheder.

    Private tennisbaner og en stor pool, der aldrig er overfyldt, er kun to af de store ting ved Poipu Sands-komplekset. Grand Hyatt Resort and Spa ligger lige øst for ejendommen og er helt fantastisk. Mange gode restauranter og ting at gøre, morgenkaffe, aften-show og aften! Happy hour på Lanai og Poipu Bay golfbane i verdensklasse ligger 5 minutters gang væk. Shipwreck Beach ligger lige ud af hoveddøren og kun en kort gåtur til sandstranden. Stayed for the Kauai half marathon and had a lovely time. It was very close to the shuttle taking people to the starting line and I was able to make my own breakfast before the race.

Turtle Bay

Fantastic location, short walk to see the Turtles swimming by the lava rocks and shirt stroll to Shipwreck Beach, and very nicely furnished home away from home.

1st time to beautiful Kauai

Great location on property, next to Hyatt, so many walking path options to Hyatt, shipwreck beach and poipu beach. Great home base, very comfortable. Management company qas very heloful as well.

Wonderful Poipu Condo!

Terrific condo. Well stocked, beautiful ocean views. Close to many great beaches on the south shore. This was our 3rd time staying in this condo and will be back again very soon. Highly recommend!

The location was great. No air conditioning which didn’t realize but they produced fans which wasn’t great but worked. Restaurants are wonderful. Beach House favorite.

A piece of paradise

This was such a lovely place to stay. We loved that we had all we needed here. Our favorite part was hanging out on the lanai whenever possible. It was quiet on the property which was awesome. The only loud sounds were the waves crashing on the beach. Amazing! I will definitely recommend this place to others!

Gorgeous place!

We absolutely loved this rental. It was so clean and beautiful with wonderful decor. The view was amazing and the location ideal. There was construction happening during our stay, which we were made aware of beforehand. It wasn't terribly obtrusive but it did get pretty loud. But we still had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

Best balcony with ocean view!

We loved our stay at this property! Very clean and had all the amenities, great location with walking distance to beach and walking paths. And one of my favorite parts: the HUGE balcony with ocean views, lounge chair and high top table to eat meals at. Great value for the amount of space you get. Feels private. Highly recommend!

Wonderful trip!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was absolutely fantastic! The view was stunning! The condo had everything we needed. We loved Puka Dog and Da Crack for fairly cheap eats and seeing the turtles on Poi’pu Beach each evening. Mountain Tubing and the Rum Safari Tour were both an absolute blast. We did a Resort Pass to the Grand Hyatt right next to the condo one day and that was so nice. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Lovely and well-located

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, and we found it spotless. It’s just next door (by seaside pathway) to the Grand Hyatt, where you can enjoy tasty (and pricey) meals. The ocean that the property overlooks is beautiful but, when we were there, was red-flagged as too dangerous for swimming. Safer beaches are nearby. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Our family had a wonderful time in Kauai, and we enjoyed staying in this condo. It is a great location, and the kids especially enjoyed the pool. One suggestion: Some of the other condos had beach items to borrow, such as Tommy Bahama chairs and hard-sided coolers, and having those available would have been nice. No complaints though.

Great location Nice ocean view Very well equipped 2-3 floor walk-up Sound proofing not ideal, could easily hear the movement and noise of the people occupying the unit above ours No air condition which is apparently common on this island however, it did make for warm sleeping conditions

We loved our location and view from our balcony! Enjoyed hearing the waves crashing at night!

It was a great experience and loved the place. Loved the waves crashing against the shore at night and the view of the ocean from our balcony. Wish had fans to move air at night! Ceiling fans didn’t have but one speed and wish could have turned up!!

Beautiful stay and great location!

We enjoyed our stay in Kauai. The condo was perfect for my husband and adult daughter and her boyfriend. The separate bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom was great! We ended up eating out only once as we preferred to cook and eat in the condo out on the lanai where we could enjoy the sound and view of the ocean. The kitchen was well appointed. We made use of the cooler, umbrella, chairs and boogie boards! The condo was comfortable and clean. We didn’t miss the AC since we just opened the windows to let the sea breezes flow through. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice enough, but needs some things

Condo is described as luxury. it’s nice, but luxury it is not. AC is only by portable units in bedrooms only. Bathrooms, kitchen and living area can get warm. Yes, there are ocean breezes if the doors or open, but it was misleading IMO to market it has having AC when the entire unit does not. On a 5 star scale, it is probably more like 3 3/4 stars. Nice, yes. Luxury, not really. The Grand Hyatt next door is where I would stay in the future.

Our wonderful garden island experience

Kauai is beautiful! Excellent accommodations and location of our beach view unit at Poipu Sands. The unit had everything that we needed for our stay! We could see whales off the lanai. Amazing helicopter ride around the island with staggering views of the Napali coast. Unfortunately major storms led to our catamaran excursion cancellation. We found other things to do. Storms led to major chaos at the airport and extensive delays. An unfortunate end to an otherwise idyllic experience.

A beautiful condo with wonderful view.

Except for the Covid lockdown we have been coming to Poipu for 10 years. We have stayed in 9 different units. This one was the best. It felt “big”. The lanai was shaded all day. We left the lanai doors open with the screen doors closed all the time. The ocean breezes was very comfortable. Even the pool temperature was perfect, warmer and bigger than any others in Poipu. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are two couples who stayed here for 2 weeks. Would come back in a minute. Had everything we needed for a great stay. The only improvements I would suggest is to have Keurig coffee pods ( both regular & decaf) available on arrival. The kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking but not perfect for a serious cook. Appliances work very well, location is ideal & management company is very attentive. Condo is spotless. Had a really wonderful time. Thank you.

Badly in need of a renovation

Of our 12 or so trips to the islands this condo was among the worst. On the plus side, Garden Island was great. the condo was immaculately cleaned and all the major appliances were practically new. That being said, the apartment cries out for a makeover. I won't go in to specifics because I hate to type and the list would be lengthy. I won't be staying in this particular condo again, but wouldn't hesitate to deal with Garden Island Rentals again.
