Luksus Ocean View Poipu Beach Condo 804

Kommanderende udsigt over Sunny Poipu Oceanscape, hvor luksus og frodige omgivelser venter dig på vores Poipu Beach Condo!
Spektakulær havudsigt, 2-historie, ikke-ryger ejerlejlighed, har over 1200 indvendige sq. Ft. Samt 3 private lanais. Det er perfekt til en familie eller 2 par. Denne condo i Poipu Beach er beliggende i frodige grunde, der minder gæster om en tropisk botanisk have.
Vores Condo er dekoreret med en hawaiiansk tema, moderne endnu Island føler. En fuldt udstyret køkken med alle faciliteter, eller tilstødende er grillplads. En 55 "tv i stuen med kabel og dvd, og gratis WIFI, så du kan forblive forbundet. Soveværelse har en fladskærm LCD-tv.

De Nihi Kai Villas er en kort gåtur til stranden, men er placeret havet front. Der er tennisbaner, en pool og BBQ områder til rådighed for gæsterne.

Restaurant på Poipu Shopping Village ligger en kort gåtur væk fra prisvindende mad.

Vi tælles 120 skridt til havet fra vores lejlighed, og et par mere til Brennecke Strand.


I nærheden?

Nihi Kai 804 ligger kun få skridt fra havet, og Brennecke Beach er et par værfter yderligere. Dette er en stor boogie boarding strand. Et andet par værfter, og du vil komme til Poipu Beach. Poipu Beach blev stemt # 1 stranden i USA af Travel Channel. Det tilbyder svømning, snorkling, surfing, boogie boarding, legeplads, restaurant, isbutik, surf shop og en baby strand, alle inden for nem gåafstand af # 804.

Lige op ad vejen er The Poipu Shopping Village, hvor du vil finde forskellige butikker, og nogle gode restauranter. På tirsdage og torsdage på 05:00 er der en stor polynesisk Show i gården. En af vores foretrukne restauranter er Keoki Paradise, som har et stort udvalg af mad. Den Gamle By i Koloa er et par miles nede ad vejen, og tilbyder en smuk kig tilbage i tiden, og er hjemsted for butikker og flere restauranter. Længere nede er sprøjtende Horn state park, og arboret, som begge er gratis at besøge.

Great Location!

The cottage was wonderful, high quality living space, two bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Lani, off the living room was fantastic, with one of the best views of the sunset!We only contacted the host twice during our trip for advice and he was very timely and helpful.John & Jan

Kauai Condo feels like home

This condo was close to the beach, very clean and had everything we needed. There were four of us on this Hawaiin adventure and we had plenty of room inside and the front lanai provided a special outdoor space. to trlax a

Amazing Views from a tired and worn out condo

The Good: The location of the condo, the proximity to the beach and the breathtaking views of the ocean from the living room and deck, were nothing short of amazing! The check in process was easy. The kitchen was fully stocked. The Not So Good: The overall cleanliness of the condo. The deck seat cushions and the kitchen chair cushions were all stained/ dirty. The rugs in the bathrooms were dirty. The carpeting in the living room & down the stairs was stained/ dirty. The living room furniture was old and uncomfortable. The shower curtains in both bathrooms were molded. There were no instructions anywhere to operate anything. There was a laminated booklet in the kitchen with sightseeing info but no instructions. While all of this is probably pretty normal with a rental, its still disappointing when you choose a spectacular location to stay, and end up having to deal with these issues. The phone number for the property management company was not found until later in the week, it was on framed instructions 1/2 hidden behind the toaster in the kitchen. At this point, we had 2 days left to our vacation and didn't want to deal with the intrusion of property management for things that should have been done prior to our arrival. After our vacation, we did reach out to the host Steve to convey all of these issues & he was prompt and genuine in his response. Overall, this is a fantastic location. With some attention to details this could be the best place to stay!

Perfect location in Poipu

We enjoyed our stay in the condo and appreciated how easy it was to walk to beach and restaurants and enjoy beautiful Poipu. We also were thrilled to have access to beach chairs, coffee and all the comforts of home!

The accommodation was exactly as described. The area is in a very well-kept, beautiful complex with wonderful plant life. The beaches are very close and offer good opportunities for boogie boarding and snorkeling. The apartment is very well equipped. We can absolutely recommend it.

Paradise

Great location, close to beach! Unit was as described and had plenty of starter supplies. We spent early mornings and evenings on the lanai enjoying the gorgeous view. Quiet area, beautiful landscaping and had the pool to ourselves when the beach was crowded. Experienced a safety issue in the parking lot, onsite mgr addressed immediately. We would definitely stay again.

Week in paradise

Just lovely! Perfect location, excellent home kitted out with all the essentials. My kids loved the spray toys for the pool. The views were just killer and we could walk to two beaches in minutes. Watching the turtles at night was so cool.

Poipu Bliss

The property was clean, comfortable, well-stocked and we could see the ocean from the main lanai. The only note: we had one traveler with some mobility issues, and the stairs to the condo, and within the condo was a challenge. And the two bathrooms were on the floor with the two bedrooms, so a lot more stairs. The property host was very responsive and I would give it two big thumbs up. Near Poipu Beach - great parking and easy access. I'd go back.

Poipu Paradise

The location of the property is ideal with amazing nightly sunsets. The beach is probably 1/4 mile and easily walkable but we drove due to all the gear we brought each day. Wonderful morning walks in any direction. Would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful break from reality.

Great family trip

Two 65 yr-old grandparents, a 30-something year-old daughter, a 3 1/2 yr old grandson, and 9 mo-old grandaughter. Recipe for disaster? NO! This condo made all the difference. The unit was in the far back of Nihi Kai, with an elevated view of the grounds and a tight view of the breakers on Poipu Beach. Very quiet, and grounds were beautiful. We walked daily from the unit to Poipu beach (and passed Brennecke's Beach along the way) with the grandkids in a stroller. Did have to spend some of the walk on a local road, but traffic was sparse and most drivers were respectful of pedestrians. The unit has a large main floor (stairs to access) with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs. Ductless air conditioning heads on main floor and in both bedrooms worked well. No bathtub for small children, so be ready to improvise. Owner (Steve) was very responsive and great to work with. If we return to Kauai, we would certainly consider staying here again.

Clean condo with nice view

We walked to the beach every single day, multiple times per day. The condo is clean and the beds comfortable. The view is a little far off, and you can't hear the water, but we had rainbows every day! One day we got stuck in a rainstorm and had to turn back to the condo so we went swimming in the pool for a little bit until the rain passed. The pool was warm and clean. We liked this condo and grounds were pretty. The air conditioning worked well.

Fantastic place with great location

We loved our stay at Nihi Kai. The condo layout was amazing for us and our 14 month old daughter. The fact we only shared one wall with another unit made it a lot less stressful for us when she started crying in the middle of the night. The condo had a fabulous view of the ocean. The owner was very responsive to all communications. We had a phenomenal time and plan on coming back.

We had a great stay here! The location is fantastic…5 min walk to the beach, a couple of restaurants and where sea turtles come in to sleep. We really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler and umbrellas that were available. Everything was clean, and details were well-thought out. Very comfortable and pleasant stay. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Kauai. The condo interior was spacious and very comfortable. The condo was located in a beautiful community right across the street from the ocean and a short walk from the beach. We enjoyed seeing the sea turtles on the beach every night. Snorkeling at the beach was great.

Wonderful location

Our stay was exactly what we were hoping for. Great location, walking distance to a beach, and a nice casual restaurant. The condo is very spacious and we felt like we had plenty of room without being on top of one another.

Great Kauai Property on Great Beach

Second visit to this property. It is spacious, clean, has all the amenities, and is a short walk to a great beach, Poipu Beach. The owner is extremely accommodating, with excellent communication, responds quickly to messages, and provides many helpful what to see and do suggestions. Check in information is clear and complete. Great Time

Everything was great. All the amenities you would need are there. Beach chairs, towels, boogies boards. Very centrally located to Poipu beach. Walk to end of property everyday and watch the sunset. The front door lock is a little funky may need too be replaced. Would come back for sure. The property is beautiful too.
