Adjacent to the cottage, a small bonus “office” building is the perfect place for telecommuting or playing video games and watching movies on the large screen smart TV. The garage has been tastefully converted to a game room, outfitted with ping pong table, bar area, ice maker, and comfy lounge furniture.
