"Location was perfect for 10 minute walk to convention at Grand Hyatt and beach. Never made it to the pool, not sure where it’s at. 2 minute drive to poipu beach where 20 large turtles were resting and beautiful sunset. The use of chairs, umbrella, ice chest and snorkeling gear was very convenient. "

"the host was available and responsive when needed. i booked at the last minute, and was graciously accommodated. the room was as in photos. very clean with all amenities needed for a pleasant visit. you can’t beat the location! I was a resident on Kauai for 10 years, and being in Poipu was a desirable area since it is convenient to restaurants and shopping if that’s of interest for you. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again myself in the future. "

"When we first arrived the key pad for the front door didn’t have the correct code. The fan didn’t work in one of the bathrooms and the fan in the other bathroom had about 1/8’’ of dust on all the blades. The grounds were in dire need of a Gardner. The bbq had so much gunk on the grates that it took a half hour to burn it off along with intense scraping. "James, our host, was very welcoming and helpful.The home is delightful, it is open and spacious.We loved being able to open all the patio doors and windows and have the cooling sea breeze.The bedrooms and beds are very comfortable.The location is perfect for being able to walk to several local beaches.We would definitely return."

"Good access to Brennecke's Beach. Host tries, but is not in Hawaii ... if you need anything sorted out, it may not happen. Place is OK but being allowed to run down somewhat. Not all A/C units worked; we were fine, but this may be a problem in spring/summer/fall."
