This very spacious ground level (1250 sq) 2 bed/2 bath unit is walking distance to Kauai's finest beaches (5 min walk to Brennecke's Beach and 10 min walk to Poipu Beach).
It sleeps 4 and offers central air con, gourmet kitchen w/ granite countertops, large soaking tub & walk-in shower in master bedroom and access to dedicated private parking right outside the unit.
Guests at this unit have access to the Poipu Kai Association pool and hot tub which is a 5 minute stroll on the beautiful greenbelt. In addition, our guests enjoy a dedicated shared BBQ area and 8 tennis courts.

· Master suite has a king size bed, master bath has double sink and walk-in shower
· 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The second full bathroom features a walk-in shower and is located across the hallway

Located in the heart of Poipu, you can spend the day snorkeling, swimming, exploring the tide pools and watching the sea turtles, or if you prefer, just relax at home on your lanai and work on your tan.
Poipu Beach is a top destination for toddlers & children because of its extremely calm and shallow water.
The unit is situated on over 60 acres of beautifully landscaped walking trails that extend along to the world famous Grand Hyatt, which offers championship golf and spa, fine dining and shopping. A greenbelt runs through the resort and offers guests breathtaking views as they stroll down the paved pathway to one of several beaches.
Please note that self-parking is complimentary.
Guest will receive check-in instructions a few days prior to their arrival date.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
There shall be no refunds of rental payments due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions, observation of insects or pests, tenant work demands or family emergencies whether they are inside or outside the State of Hawaii.
We recommend getting Travel Insurance prior to your trip.
You will be given a Rental Agreement to sign summarizing the rental rules after booking.
Our condo gets fully booked in high season, which unfortunately means we cannot offer late check-outs. If your flight leaves late in the evening, allow yourself one extra night.
Please note: All cancellations are subject to the Administrative Fee, which remains non-refundable.
