Wonderful stay
Had 7 nights at this wonderful place. Clean and quiet place - great breakfast and the the staff was the best. I felt very welcome. I will definitely be back soon.

Dejligt fredligt sted
Dejligt sted. Er lidt afsidesliggende, hotellet har dog en gratis bus med få afgange med begrænset plads til byen, husk at booke plads. Vi havde et super ophold, kan anbefales.

Dejligt sted
Vi havde bestilt en family pool Beach villa som inkluderede en dejlig villa med to separate soverum og store badeværelser samt relativ stor egen pool, hvor der var direkte udsigt til bugten, hvor man deslige kunne tage en dukkert eller tage en tur i kanoen. Rigtig god service samt godt fitness rum med A/C med 180 graders havudsigt. Stor pool til hotellet med massagestole med bobler, basketballkurv og ikke mindst bar i pool. Ungerne elskede at sidde der at nyde en kold mango shake.

Dejligt hotel, lige ved stranden.
Fin morgenbuffet, friske varer. Udsøgt beliggenhed. Hjælpsomt og smilende personale. Dejlig stor pøl. Fint med liggestole og håndklæder, både ved pøl og på strand. Vi havde et de luxe værelse, som i princippet var fint. Men pga defekt airkondition og fugt som følge, blev vi opgraderet til hotellets allerbedste værelse helt på toppen med stor balkon, fantastisk udsigt og spabad på balkonen. Alt sammen uden beregning. 21 overnatninger og fuld tilfredshed.

Godt hotel - vi kommer igen
Sød og venliug modtagelse og de taler ok engelsk. Hotellet er dejligt og ligger perfekt ned til stranden. Vi lejede en scooter så vi kunne køre til fishermens og chaweng, når vi gerne ville have at der skete lidt. Det tager ca. 5 min på scooter at køre til fishermens og 15 min at køre til Chaweng.

Fantastisk lækkert
Vi blev taget så godt imod af meget smilende personale. Ikke for god engelsk, men det prøvede alt hvad de kunne. Værelset var så hyggelig, ikke splinter ny, men rigtig lækkert alligevel. Fantastisk smuk udsigt fra restaurant, og super lækker mad. Vi var så glade for vores nat her.

stille og roligt hotel
Vi havde 4 gode dage på Fairhouse i juli. Vi boede i en pool villa og var meget tilfredse med værelset som også lå dejlig tæt på stranden. Hvis man gerne have en privat villa og god plads får man meget for pengene på dette hotel. Stranden er bestemt ikke den bedste at bade ved, men smuk at kigge på. Morgenmaden var medium. Personalet meget venlige. Hotellet er godt hvis man gerne vil have sit privatliv og et stille og roligt hotel væk fra larm og aktiviteter. Men ligger lidt langt væk fra steder hvor der sker noget. Til gengæld kan man køre med hotellets transport til Bo Phut og Chaweng 3 gange dagligt gratis.

This is not an Expedia VIP Access hotel. All benefits on Expedia are for ALL hotel guest. Also you will not get any upgrade. Even now in low season, while the hotel is really not crowded "there are no upgrade accomations available". Interesting. The doors of many rooms are broken. The card system to get a new card is broken every day. Every time they promised us to provide us with a card "within 15 min". After calling 3 times and waiting for hours of which more than 1 in the dark (bevause you need the card for electricity, AC etc.) we finally got one again. This happened 2 times, total waste of holiday time. The breakfast is just "ok". The bread is dry and patisserie like croissants are quite fat. So eating something different than rice or omelet is quite difficult. The staff is friendly, but not of any help. Smiling and being friendly doesn't solve problems. Internally they communicate so bad, that every time you have to explain issues again. Believing that things will turn out fine, will disappoint you. Keep on reminding them to do the things they promised you. For example: bring new towels and that house keeping forgot, bring the suitcases to the room. If you ask them, they say "yes we will do", but we found our luggage standing in the lobby for hours. No one did do anything. They smile and say sorry, but that doesn't help. Someone could just have taken it in the meantime. We were lucky that nothing bad happened.

Location is great. Beaches really nice. Restaurant was nice, with an amazing view of sunset. Staff weren’t very accommodating.

If you want a nice quiet place to be then this would be the place for you. There’s nothing around this place. It’s about 20 minutes to the night market and the popular tourist area. This villa is isolated from many major tourist attractions.

The property is so very tired. Our room had an amazing view but the walls were peeling, the room door didn't shut properly, the wardrobe doors were slightly out of alignment so it didn't close all the way, the bathroom door knob was loose, and the wall was smudged with paint bubbles and peeling. However, the bed was comfortable and the housekeeping staff maintained the room well. The bathroom was clean although the water stopped briefly during a shower and there were no conditioner or body lotion. Be sure to bring your own. Breakfast selection was decent. The spa was very good though - pandanus Spa.

Lovely resort with great amenities and accommodation. Massive king size bed, beautiful bathroom. Loved outside chalet type rooms surrounded by trees and plants. Restaurant overlooking the sea and sandy beach. Downside was having to wait quite a long time after 2pm check in when we'd arrived early at 11 and told they would try and get us early check in. Disappointed also to find out that the 6am breakfast advertised was now 7am and the 6am packed breakfast promised didnt artive before we left for the surport. Also we had to pay to get the hotel shuttle bus to the airport at a cost of 600 bhart and no hotel discount or free shuttle. Plus was that a staff member was waiting outside our room dot on 6.30 am to take us and our luggage in a golf buggy. Overall lovely resort and friendly staff.

Vue mer incroyable. Mise à disposition de kayak et de paddle. Cependant, si vous n’êtes pas véhiculé, l’accès à l’hôtel n’est pas pratique et aucune navette est mise à disposition pour accéder à une zone avec restaurants… contrairement à d’autres hôtels sur Koh Samui. Cela aurait pu être pratique pour accéder par exemple au Fisherman village. L’accueil et l’accès aux informations à été très moyen.

Perfect mid range hotel
We had an incredible 5 night stay. The style of the hotel and views are amazing. The food is great and all staff are very attentive. Would highly recommend. There’s a beach which is easily walkable and the area is nice and quiet.

Superbe hôtel
Bel hôtel mais nécessitant quelques rafraîchissements. Personnel serviable et très souriant. Belles plages de sable et super le piscine avec happy hour. Proche toutes commodités. Transfert privé aéroport payant et pas donné.

Our stay of four nights was like being in a garden paradise at the beach. The pools were beautiful warm and even had platforms to rest on with whirlpool jets. The Breeze restaurant had amazing food with custom modifications made for my gluten and other food intolerances. The staff were great!

Beautiful grounds and very peaceful. All the staff were very friendly! Ann arranged a bike for me with directions to a pharmacy nearby.

Nydelig og rolig resort
Jeg var sammen med mine to døtre på 15 år på Fair House i 10 netter. Nydelig rolig sted med veldig hyggelig ansatte. Om man ønsker litt mer liv og spise på andre restauranter er det kun en kort taxi tur til Fishermans market er mye liv. Anbefales!

Gorgeous luxury resort!
My family and I loved our stay at the Fair House. The resort is tucked away from the main tourist areas. We stayed only two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the food at the restaurant is delicious and authentic, and the pool area is spacious and well maintained. The rooms themselves are well decorated and clean. We loved everything about the resort and plan to return the next time we visit Thailand.
