We met the sweet gentleman that lives there and talked for few minutes. Was sure to let us know to call if we needed anything. BUT, this is the only time we saw anyone during our stay. Very private. We had everything we needed. Very roomy home. Close and easy 15 minute to where we were going in Knoxville. Would absolutely...

"I had a wonderful stay at the stone cottage in Knoxville!!! It was well stocked, host added a lot of extras, the house was very clean, and host communication was great!! It was a little oasis in the middle of the city and my stay was relaxing. Great fenced yard for the pups too!!! Thank you!!! "

"My friends and I stumbled upon this property when looking for places to stay close to Knoxville on our road trip. We loved that this would be a special experience - more unique (and also more reasonably priced for some new college grads) than a hotel inside the city. We did have to drive about 30 minutes into Knoxville to pick up some food, but it was not a problem for us. There were 3 of us which housed us perfectly in the Fish House. Could not recommend this place more. Check in/out was easy...
