"My husband, son and I came to Knoxville for my oldest son’s graduation. We were only a 10 minute drive to campus, which was great! We didn’t spend much time at the cottage besides sleeping, but the beds were really comfortable! Our other son is now in Knoxville for his summer internship and we will definitely stay here again if we end up visiting in June or July!"

"Don't judge a book by its cover. A lot of construction going on which will likely make the area very desirable. The inside is well decorated and extremely clean."

"Enjoyed our weekend stay here. Beautifully decorated on the inside. Nice amenities with coffee, cocoa, snacks. House is as described and all communication with the owners were great. Very peaceful and safe neighborhood. Enjoyed the outdoor lightning as well as the neon sign inside. We were here for basketball tournament and this place was about 15 ninutes from the convention center and close to stores, grocery, and many restaurants. Definitely would book here again."

"I’ve stayed here before. Last August with my husband who recently passed away. I needed a place full of memories to celebrate my first anniversary of our 32nd anniversary without him. I enjoyed my time. If you’re looking for a place to getaway from it all, I don’t think this place would work for you because it’s in the back of a neighborhood. Also, the cleaning company that this owner uses really doesn’t do a good job. There was only one roll of TP and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were...

"This cottage was adorable and perfect for an overnight stay! It was spacious and clean! Great shower pressure and comfy bed! Had difficulties finding the cottage at night. Before getting to the large private drive, you will make an immediate left (it will look like you’re driving into someone’s driveway) but the cottage will be on the right! Already planning a trip back and WILL book this again! Brian was quick to respond and extremely easy to communicate with! :)"

"It is definitely close to things, but quiet and nestled away. Walk out the door to the left and see the Sunsphere and Worlds Fair Park and UT, go to the right and walk towards the market area, or towards the river and South Knoxville. We picked it for convenience to walk everywhere, which we did. The pictures (probably taken after remodel) reflect the space provided, though the space has aged some since then and could use a freshening up and better inside lighting.
