"The place was nice and clean. They had the basics for cooking and eating in. We didn’t talk much with the staff but the one person we talked to seemed nice. Wish they would have answered questions though. 3 unanswered questions and one got answered by the guy we talked to the others went unanswered until 2 days after our visit. I like the layout "

"Extremely clean. Property has a great location and was a no more than five minutes from beach access and had two tackle shops withing 10 minutes. Spacious bedrooms and fully stocked kitchen with complimentary k cups for the keurig. Neighborhood is quiet and clean and easy to get to. Highly recommend "

"Great communication by the host! Accommodations were flawlessly maintained, and as comfortably as we could have hoped for. The bed was very comfortable and the house was clean. Which, are two very important features to me. The hot water was a little bit of a challenge, but was fine once it made it to the shower and kitchen sink. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Four of us (two adults and two grown kids) stayed for five nights over the holiday weekend. The location of this property right on the Duck/Southern Shores boundary was just great. Sunset views of the bay were great and the ocean was a short walk or drive away. The property was very clean. We are used to renting homes that are a little more lived in, so the lack of games and puzzles (and basic cooking necessities like salt and pepper) threw us a bit. "This is an amazing apartment!! We decided to travel last minute and everything from the booking process to communication with the owner was easy. While we did not use all the Barrier Island amenities because it’s off season (and we own another home nearby), I can tell you they are convenient and great for families.
