"King bed was comfortable. Linens were clean. Towels seemed new and clean. Shower was large and pressure was good. Strong smell of cleaning products but floor was sandy and dirty. Mix of old and new hardware. Fridge was dirty and not cold. Poor TV cable quality. Pool was out of commission."
"I was informed after I booked the room that the AC was not working. Even though it wasn’t that hot outside, the room was 83 degrees and very uncomfortable. They provided a low powered box fan that provided minimal relief. The ice machine on the floor was also out of order. They should not be booking rooms until the AC is fixed or at least offer at a significant discount. Paying over $200/night with no AC is unacceptable."

Extremely Disappointing Stay
My husband, friends, and I stayed here for one night while attending a show nearby, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
We checked in at 3:00 p.m. and were told that the rooms we had reserved were no longer available, even though there had been plenty of availability when we made our reservation.
