"What a beautifully unique place to stay! We were in the Gamekeeper's bothy and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clean and spacious and the wood stove kept us plenty warm! We never saw any red squirrels but I did see a beautiful jay that was so different from the blue jays we have in the US. I would stay here again in a minute!"

If you want to be hyper critical you might want to complain about the furniture and kitchen facilities being in need of an upgrade, but if you want to enjoy your vacation, these are such minor issues that shouldn’t bother you at all.Our USA and U.K. children and grandchildren had a “whale of a time” and we would not hesitate to return."

They had a pack n play/baby crib all set up for us and a small bed for our toddler as well, which was great considering we got in later than expected due to travel issues. "Provided comfortable surroundings for a family of 4 and a baby. Plenty of parking space and close to town. Had thought the garden was enclosed for my sons dog but the side fence beside the garage was down which was a shame. "
