The oceanfront villa at 4435 Sea Forest Drive is the ideal coastal getaway thanks to its panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and sweeping vista of Kiawah's 10-miles of pristine beaches.
Wake up to gorgeous sunsets and direct ocean views from nearly every room of this 3BR/3 Bath Premier Penthouse Windswept villa. Both upstairs master suites have windows overlooking the ocean, while the open concept main floor is bright and airy with ocean views from the kitchen, dining area, and living room.

While the stunning views will take your breath away, you will be equally pleased with the luxurious, fully renovated interior that has been professionally designed for your comfort and relaxation.

This spacious, townhouse-style villa accommodates up to 6 guests.
Gather with loved ones on the first floor which features an open concept living space with floor to ceiling windows to appreciate the ocean views and an updated kitchen that flows into the dining area and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need for cooking and enjoying meals in the villa.

Step from the living room onto the oceanfront balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine while listening to the sound of the ocean below.

On the first floor you will also find the guest bedroom suite with 2 twin beds and a fully renovated en suite bathroom with shower.

As you make your way upstairs, two master suites await, both with comfortable king beds and their own beautifully renovated en suite bathrooms.

The location of this villa is another one of its best features - located in East Beach Village, it is just steps from the beach and a short stroll or bike ride to the Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park, golf, tennis, and many restaurants and shops. You are right in the heart of Kiawah to enjoy all that this magical island has to offer.

The villa was very nice and well-equipped, with a spectacular view of the ocean. The Kitchen could use some additional cooking items for true cooking, and the handle on the outside screen door was broken, but otherwise everything was well done, and as advertised. One thing we'd recommend is small battery-operated lights in teh stairway - it was very dark the first night, so we bought a couple and left them for future guests.

This penthouse offers an unbeatable location with breathtaking ocean views. The home was spotless upon arrival and exceptionally well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay—and more. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the books, games, and puzzles, which made our time there even more enjoyable.The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. The two upstairs bedrooms featured comfortable beds and stunning ocean views, while the downstairs bedroom with twin beds was perfect for additional guests. Having bathrooms attached to all the bedrooms was a wonderful convenience.Communication with the owner was outstanding—she responded quickly, often within minutes, and was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-located oceanfront getaway

The condo is up to date and very clean. The beach and ocean views are phenomenal! We had a very easy time communicating with the owner and receiving prompt responses to questions. Our family would not hesitate to stay in this property again. It also has great proximity to The Sanctuary for drinks and dinner, which is a real plus.

Great Trip!

Place was awesome. Very clean. Stocked kitchen. Easy check in. Host was great with communication and recommendations. Locker under the building was very convenient with the beach just steps away. The Sanctuary is just down the beach for an evening cocktail or meal. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful!!

Beautiful penthouse condo in our favorite location on Kiawah. The condo was exceptionally clean upon our arrival. The decor is very tasteful and the layout is well thought out with plenty of room for our family of four. Loved the comfortable beds and the sky high ceiling in the master shower. The views from the living room and, especially, upstairs bedrooms were incredible. My family and I enjoyed lots of time on the balcony just soaking in the ocean sounds and view. Julie was responsive and welcoming. My only suggestion would be room darkening curtains in the lower floor bedroom. Would absolutely stay here again!

Well appointed, attractive, clean condo. Everything that you need for a great vacation was provided. Terrific host! Good communication before and during our stay. Awesome location on the beach. Kiawah is our favorite island along the Carolina coastline. If you're looking for a fun beach vacation, this is the place to stay!

Great Spot and nice property

Had a very nice stay here. Property is very well located (walking distance to The Sanctuary) and in good condition. Our family of five felt very comfortable and while it’s not a huge condo, it is laid out well so the space didn’t feel cramped at all. Julie was a great host - very accessible. I’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay on Kiawah Island

This Penthouse on Kiawah Island is lovely. We spent five days there as a family of 5 (three kids ages 13, 11, and 8), and the space worked perfectly. The home is well-appointed with everything you could need from coffee makers to beach gear to puzzles and games. Julie is a wonderful communicator and the check-in process was seamless. The views of the ocean are beautiful and the beach is steps away. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this one was one of our favorites!

Spring Beach Getaway

This Villa is beautiful. It’s clean, in a great location, and is well stocked. We had a great time with family and friends! The one minor issue was the AC didn’t work well. The upstairs bedrooms were hot. The beach view from the deck is awesome!
