This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Kiawah Island cottage is nestled in a quiet cul de sac of the popular Night Heron neighborhood of East Beach Village, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach!

The spacious open plan living area offers high-end furnishings, including a leather sofa or accent seating with plenty of room for the whole family to sit back and relax while watching your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV. Located just off the living space is a designated dining area with seating for four and as well as a full kitchen with a dining nook. The kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances, modern finishes, and everything you need to make a meal right from home.

A bright, airy sunroom is located off the living area through sliding glass doors, offering plenty of natural light, a comfortable sectional sofa, and a TV for entertainment.

4136 Night Heron cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests throughout 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, flatscreen TV, access to a private deck with seating for two, and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom features a high-end vanity with plenty of storage, as well as a luxurious tub/shower combination with custom tile. The first guest bedroom offers a full size bed and the second bedroom offers two twin size beds, perfect for little ones! These two bedrooms share access to a full bathroom, also with a custom tub/shower combo and wooden vanity.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
