"Lovely home. Nicely decorated and well equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The backyard pool area is absolutely beautiful and perfectly maintained. Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and out. Owner is wonderful."

"We loved our time at this beautiful 3-bedroom home. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. everything was ready on arrival, the kitchen was well-stocked with cutlery and cookware and the outdoor area was great for relaxing. The location was good with only a short drive to the supermarket. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend — we’d definitely stay again!"

"Super cute property, comfortable and close to everything."

"Needed a place to stay for granddaughter’s law school graduation at Stetson in Gulfport. We absolutely loved the house and the amazing location. The house was clean, roomy, and very comfortable. The location on the beach was perfect, I would call it a rare find. We hope to visit again when we can stay longer. Everything was perfect wouldn’t change a thing!"

"Overall the Sandpearl Property is very good and clean. The one exception is the restrooms by the pool were not good. "

"House was very nice and plenty of space for all 7 of us. The only negative is house is in need of some minor repairs carpets replaced in my opinion And fresh coat of paint and pool spa repair.other then minor issues was great. Thank you for sharing your home very nice "

Nice location and very close to the airport

"We (a family of 7 persons - 6 adults and 1 baby) arrived late and had an easy check in and went to sleep early. Our flight from Copenhagen to Tampa took 19 hours so we were very tired. Next moning we woke up early and made us ready to check out and then we spent some hours at the pool and had breakfast in the poolbar. We have stayed at Saiport Waterport before and that time it was for several days. This time it was just a stopover as we had planned to visit Fort Myers this time. "

"1 stikkontakt fungerede i vores værelse, resten var kaput. Ved henvendelse i receptionen virkede de ligeglade. Der er en overraskende høj betaling for Valet parkering på 29,- USD pr. Dag, og ekstra overraskende skat på 36 USD pr. dag for lån af håndklæder og cykelleje selvom man ikke benytter det. Alt i alt en lav standard. I Europa ville sådan et hotel være 3 stjernet. "

"Et rigtigt godt hotel i Tampa. Ligger i kulturområdet - dvs tæt på teater og museer. Ligger meget tæt på Riverwalk, hvor det er skønt og trygt at gå tur både i dag- og aftentimer. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale på hotellet. Rigtig godt hotel - kan anbefales."
