"Definitely the nicest rental house we have stayed at in Gainesville. Only critique would be that the grass in the back yard needed to be mowed. It was overgrown and full of stickers, so the kids couldn’t run around back there"

"The entire scenery from the start to finish is amazing. Then you walk inside to a home that is immaculate. Kelly was hospitable from start to finish. Just a warning.. if you get on the chaise lounge you’ll not make it to the bedroom because it’s extremely comfortable and the views are so dreamy. This will be my continued place of refuge"

"The house was constructed about 2 years ago. I consider the house and appliances to be high end. It was clean and well maintained. Our only problem was getting into the house with the lock code. There are 4 similar houses in the same area. The website pictures were for one of the other houses. My code wasn't working because I was at the wrong house. I see this issue has been corrected. "

"We booked this for a weekend baseball tournament for our Family of four (two teens). Both kids had their own rooms and there were board games available for the kids. Overall the kids had a great time and the property was great for our weekend needs. Owners were very responsive via the app. "
