Great standard hotel at the Key’s. Spacious room with everything needed. Great location and easy to go to/from when you’re on the go. The shower drain had a moldy smell every time I turned on the shower. But a great stay overall.

Great staff but rooms were damp.
Staff were amazing and so nice. The rooms were damp and dark. Beds were okay but not great. The pool was tinny and the beach was not a beach.

Thank You Carina. We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. The Florida Keys are not known for long stretches of beaches, but we do have wonderful watersports and snorkeling from our beach area.

It was a great place to stay. It is quiet, clean, safe, and great location on your way to Key West if you need a pit stop. If it is a pit stop to Key West, I'd advise leaving early in the am to avoid traffic. Friendly people, and easy checkin. Kayaks, paddle boards were fun. Roosters are loud and fun to see! Snooks bar/restaurant next door was okay food, great music, great views. All in all, Bayside was a nice place to stay. Some people we met from Miami, said they've been there 50 times.

Everyone has been extremely friendly and accommodating while still being very professional, efficient, and great at their jobs. Key Lime provides access to all sorts of equipment for enjoying water sports which are available directly outside your door. There is also the additional bonus of having the ASA school right on site. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful place, everything was clean, and the 24-hour service worked very well for me. I was cold, and they brought me a blanket. The sunrise and sunset are spectacular. I recommend this place.

The room was clean and the beach is beautiful. The restaurant nearby is very nice also. The one unfortunate thing is that are no staff supervising the pool area. One guest family left many beer bottles on the floor. There was also someone smoking pot laying down in one of the chairs in premises beside children.

Unfortunately there wasn't anything we liked. They were out of towels and soap. The pool area was dirty and unkept. The pool was absolutely disgusting and I couldn't imagine swimming in it. The rooms were nothing like the pictures shown, nor were the grounds. I will say the office staff were helpful and agreed to a refund for us. Would not recommend or consider it to be an 8.2 rating!

It was very clean and the cleaning staff worked hard. T.J. was very welcoming and made check in a joy. Great personality!! Snooks which is right next door made dining convenient, great music and good food. The property has kayaks, SUPs, and bicycles included. Starbucks in the lobby for free. Overall good experience!

Last minute booking with a 79lb chocolate lab. We had a very relaxing time there. Even a nice bar and grill next store. We had bloody Mary’s and mimosas on the beach. They gave a Starbucks unlimited for coffee as well. Great find.

We came in for an overnight stay from key west. We initially were placed in a room that needed some maintenance. I notified the desk and they placed us in a really nice room and we were grateful. The property has lots of options for activities with provided pool, paddle boards, kayaks, games etc. and did I mention the sunset? WOW! Oh after dinner at a nearby restaurant we came back to the hotel and took a very nice walk around the quiet neighborhood surrounding it. We got caught in a rain storm! Ha! Typical Florida weather and fun vacation experience.

Check in was very accomodating to our needs. Trouble was when booking through Expedia it showed a certain room was available and it was not so the motel went out of their way to please us and upgraded. Very very pleased. Their availability of bikes, kayaks, pool and pier were a pleasant surprise.

Lovely old key largo property. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Issues are handled quickly. Not so great - rooms are small - hot water pressure limited in shower. However great layback resort and even without the resturant you can walk to several - including two next door
