"Biggest downfall was the elevators out of order and not fixed on the day they said would be fixed, my elderly friend didn't leave much because of that issue and they could only get another room for us from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor which required 4 flights of stairs; the balcony furniture was torn in many places; the pull-out couch was uncomfortable; neighbors beside us smoke marijuana a lot and it filled our room with the smell; suggest to have a written paper of what all is offered rather...

"The place was absolutely perfect for a Key West getaway. Everything was nice and clean. The house was wonderful. She responded immediately did have a little trouble with the TV in the master bedroom but otherwise everything was very well supplied and for the price and the view it was phenomenal. I really enjoyed it."
