"Unfortunately, the house was filthy when we checked in. The floors and bathrooms were dirty, as was the kitchen. We overcame this, as the house at the lake was spectacular with a refrigerator, bathroom ice maker and barbecue. We were able to spend long periods of time at the lake without climbing back to the main house. "We had a little trouble getting the door code to work but Cate was soooo responsive that it really didn’t delay us much. They have thought of everything- you really don’t need to bring anything with you except clothes (they even have laundry detergent) and food. (And maybe hair conditioner).
