"Location was great. Check in was fine. The room had a broken security lock that was promptly repaired. Sadly our room faced the parking lot. We opened the door and the smell of vomit and sour milk was evident. We asked if we could move to the waterside and their answer was no. Next day breakfast was really bad. "This is a great hotel for the price point, but I would not recommend it. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that requires you to pay to park in its parking lot. Making matters worse was the fact that the $32 fee did not guarantee a legal parking space. Many of the patrons parked in the fire lane or created their own parking spot. "Excellent place to stay. Rooms are way better than expected. Definitely my favorite part was the room setup. Staff were very friendly and they loved to chat. It’s only about a 20min stroll on easy sidewalks to get to the downtown.
The breakfast was 6/10, simple selections, less than your average free hotel breakfast."
