"Cottage was quaint but with everything one would need for a fun and relaxing week…watercraft, grill, dock for fishing or sitting, comfortable beds, and an air conditioner for the humid days and nights. A loon pair and chick, bald eagle, osprey, heron, and multiple hummingbirds were a treat! Will look to be back next summer!!"

"Beautiful property , just the right size for a couple , cozy with a private beach area. If you would have a hard time climbing up ladder to bedroom they have another property next door with a larger and easier accessible bed. The owners live close and were very helpful. we toured with easier access to a larger bed. "

"The location was beautiful, right on the river and beautiful views. Close to trails for ATV. The Rockwood bar and grill fed us two nights and we enjoyed it! The home was cozy and had the essentials. We enjoyed spending time in the downstairs living room. The house could have had a deeper clean (just lots of cob webs and some bugs around lights) I also wish there was less responsibility on the guests. We had to do laundry and take all of our trash. "Amazingly beautiful spot and fantastic hosts! Super clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the boats and gear. The porch is serene and has a picnic table and a cozy futton. A note that for folks with mobility issues, the small bathroom space may not be ideal."

"This property was exactly how it was listed. Kitchen was well stocked and there was enough Bath towels and other towels for swimming. My grandchildren had so much fun on the lake with the tubes and Kayaks that we brought along with us. If you want relaxing and fresh air this is the place to go. I will definitely be renting this house again. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. Received all the information on how to get in the house timely. Can’t say enough about this...

"The house was lovely and contained numerous thoughtful amenities. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our Great Pyrenees, and the proximity to the water (Dam Pond) was ideal. Sunsets were truly beautiful. One suggestion for future visitors would be a BBQ grill. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the owner, Elizabeth, was helpful and amiable. We would definitely consider a return. Our biggest problem was the 8-9 hour drive from NJ."
