"Fint værelse med havde et ventilationsanlæg der larmede lige i nærheden af sengen så man næstmest ikke kunne sove. Henvendte mig til receptionen som sagde at de ville få kigget på det. Det blev ikke lavet, og fik ingen information om at de havde prøvet at lave det eller noget som helst. "

"Overall a great experience staying at Tivoli hotel, where we stayed for a week. Perfect location to get around Copenhagen and close to convenient store and mall and IKEA - so no issues with getting around from the hotel. The hotel also has a whole play area both for kids and adults where you can play table football and tabletennis - great lounge areas where it is possible to grad drinks and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. Great smiles and help from the staff at the hotel spreading good feelings when staying at the hotel. Pool and sauna also lovely to try out. The only two things I would bring forth as minuses at the hotel is that we weren’t provided more teabags when getting room cleaning, which would have been nice since it was so cold in Denmark. Also did notice dust on countertops, which could also be worked on. Otherwise a great experience and would for certain visit again."
